I ordered 2 Shrimp platters. They delivered 2 small platters with soggy fries and little shrimp. No coleslaw or lettuce garnish just soggy fries and shrimp. I don't recommend this place. My opinion.

Ordered a big order for super bowl Sunday online and the online order didn’t go through correctly but they took care of me without hesitation. Hard to find such genuine people nowadays. Will definitely be a new standard to order from here on pizza nights. Great people, great food!

I ordered from Pizza Town Wednesday November 22nd , 2023 in the late afternoon . And honestly I was disappointed. First of all I called to place an order and the guy they had working the counter made it seem like I was bothering him. I don't know if he was tired or was having a bad day , but sorry for bothering you. Then I go to pick up my order and walk in and The guy is cocky and rude . Smirking at me and being obnoxious to be honest. Again , I ask him for a slice of pizza and he helps me but still comes off as obnoxious. Then I go to look for a soda which he clearly sees I'm doing . And he keeps saying anything else .. anything else . It irritates me because I like ordering from that place , but the way I was treated today turned me off big time . So I will order elsewhere from now on because I honestly kept my cool that day . I know their place and employees are so much better than that. I left my concerns on their Facebook Page and it was deleted. So as a Frequent Customer .. I am Nobody obviously. So I will never order from Pizza Town ever again. The Place is also dirty , some of the employees are disrespectful and have no customer service ability whatsoever. They insult some customers in Spanish as they walk to the counter ; smirking and smiling. When some ask for the owner he is never there .. imagine that. Also I was told someone found a cockroach in their food. The food is subpar at best these days. Then the guy in charge of the kitchen staff does not correct the disrespectful employees ; he hides in the corner and makes excuses. Pizza Town and Grill is an embarrassment .. Treat Your Customers Better. Goodbye .. I won't miss that place.

Had the same order on Sunday food was great .Tonight Wednesday doesn’t even taste like the same meal. salad dressing was two types mixed together sauce was thick and tasteless. Pasta hardly done at all.☹️

Been here a bunch with no complaints. Tonight I got a hoagie & there was maybe 2 slices of turkey on entire sandwich. Their pizza is pretty good, this was 1st time I've been let down, but it was pretty bad for me to feel inspired to write this. It was a salad on a roll w/ turkey & not a turkey hoagie.
