My son loves this place. Great people and always great laughs when visiting. There was a mishap and nowadays mishaps turns into poor customer service. To not be ignored is a blessing and that's what you call GREAT customer service! My family and I will continue visiting Radcliffe Cafe when we can. Thanks Steve for not ignoring us that means a lot in 2024.

Food is awesome and nearly everyone who works there is super nice. Don’t have Katie as your waitress. She lacked warmth or a ton of attention to her tables. Didn’t greet us when we came in, just looked at us until we asked if we could seat ourselves. Kinda threw the menus down and didn’t have much to say. Otherwise, the food is spectacular and the coffee is hot! Also the other workers were great. The one guy was friendly and cleaned our table up immediately.

This place was absolutely amazing. I have been there several times before but my wife it was her first time. I heard it's under new ownership and was a little worried but there was an older gentlemen ,with a great sense of humor ,there who greeted us and got us coffee I assume he may be new owner he also checked with us after we ate to see how the food was said he started prepping the food at 2am. My wife had French toast with strawberry cream and strawberries and she was blown away by how delicious it was (I tried it too it was amazing) I got the S.O.S cream chipped beef ,as I always do , and I am a tough critic and have had it everywhere this was probably #2 best I ever had. Kudos to the chef.. You have removed all doubts about the quality of food going down it was even better then before.. I encourage everyone to come try the food here and you will be happy you did. We will be back soon

After recently moving to this area, saw this quaint place by the river and thought, hey, it’s a dive- it’s probably got killer food and decent prices. Got take out on Sunday, ordered off the menu that Google still has posted and was SUPRISINGLY shocked at how much different the menu said we were to pay and how much we actually paid when we picked it up. When there is a $5 price difference on something, the customer politely calls to tell your business that it’s grossly wrong on the menu posted on Google and you don’t offer even a thank you to the customer that just spent an extra $15 on your bland food that was served in wayyy too many styrofoam containers that weren’t necessary, is grossly wrong in my opinion and will never see a $ of my money again!! Welcome to Bristol, where the small businesses take advantage of lower income people and seemingly think it’s okay to draw their own delivery lines and refuse delivery despite being >.5 miles away YORDANAS. Keeping the community down for decades…
