Unamused with the service that was provided. Spent $40 through the drive thru. When I ordered, the lady said “please pull up to the first window” after a long day of work, I must have not heard her correctly (since she was being rude and rushing even though being literally the only person in the drive thru). Pulled up to the second window and the guy at the first window yelled out “back your car up” which I had absolutely no problem doing, and did. He then proceeded to ask me how my day was, I said fine and yours? He replied “will be better once customers decide to start using the first window like a stop sign. I then said well maybe you should put something out here saying that which then he replied “yeah, too bad that’s a terrible idea”……. Absolutely unneeded and unnecessary. Will travel, specifically to not attend this Taco Bell. Because of 2 rude associates, a shame.Food was fine tho, if you’re okay with bad service.

Overpriced food that isn’t prepared correctly as ordered. Long waits and the burritos STILL aren’t filled. I can pay this at chipotle and actually get a real meal which is the future plans now.

the food itself was good. fresh, loaded, prepared correctly, no complaints. the cinnamon twist things were obviously underdone, hard as a rock, but not really a big deal. from my experience, the employees here are either very pleasant and helpful, or incredibly rude and unaccommodating. no in-between. all things considered, it's a middle of the road taco bell that i wouldn't have an issue frequenting.

Crunchwrap Supreme. Looks good in the picture right? All that beef under a layer of crunchy tortilla chips. Well... KEEP DREAMING !! There wasn't even a full SMEAR of BEEF in it. I mean not even 1 millimeter... let alone the 15 to 20 millimeters you see in the picture. Not even a smear. Most of it after peeling off the tortilla chip...the tortilla chips were directly touching the soft wrap layer. The BEEF is supposed to be THERE !... It wasn't.

Normally this is my favorite taco bell, but this is what I received when ordering a crunchwrap and a soft potato taco for delivery through the app (see photos). Underneath my name on the bag they wrote down my drink, except I never received it. When I tried to call the store, they kept telling me that they couldn’t hear me and the phone wasn’t working properly. Even after trying to reach customer service and being told someone would get back to me, it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word from Taco Bell.
