Used to love the place but the customer service has become hit or miss to the point that the interaction with a cashier today actually left me feeling a little sad, as funny as that sounds, on what was and still is a beautiful day. I've spent money at this place over a few years years so I will 100% elaborate. :)
The vibe of the experience when you walk in feels limited by the hot or cold mood of the two cashiers. I'm leaving room for grace because perhaps they have good days and bad days like all of us, but basically every other visit is very awkward especially if you hang out for a little. (If you're curious for extra context, I'm a paid public speaker for high schools so awkward is not in my DNA.)
Most businesses focus on giving patrons positive feelings or vibes during their visit, whereas walking into this establishment feels like you sometimes have to accommodate the vibe or mood of the two people working there.
Life, fatigue, and mental health play factors so perhaps it's just a low day for the person who was working but perhaps ownership could employ more than just two people.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was instantly greeted by friendly staff.
I got the Burger Bowl (quinoa and black bean burger with sweet potato and a homemade ranch). The burger patty had great texture and flavor, the sweet potato was baked to perfection, and the ranch dressing complemented the whole bowl very well. Also grabbed a cold brew which was excellent as well.
I give it a 10/10 and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

I came yesterday to try this cafe but was unable to try the food until today. Even the coffee that I left in the fridge over night was amazing. I got the beet burger and a chocolate cupcake with a french toast coffee. It was so good. And I will be back.
I do believe initially the girls could have a better greeting for guests walking to make them feel more welcomed. I think a warm smile or happy hello makes all the difference. With that being said, my over all interaction was nice and pleasant.

Love this shop! I always swing by when I’m taking the pup for a walk down Mill street. The girls are always super friendly! Highly recommend. The almond praline fall flavor needs to stay forever please!

Love this spot! They have the best health food options. If you’re vegan, this is the place to go! They are a coffee shop but also serve some food. Their dark chocolate date bar is amazing! Highly recommend along with a classic drip coffee :)
There is a rack of vintage clothing too and a section of florals as well for purchase. They offer adorable hand made soaps, bags & cute nick naks.

What a great find!! I finished my lunch break and — because it was my birthday — I decided to treat myself to a coffee. I was on my way my to the “other” coffee place next door when I met two young ladies out in front. I asked if they made coffee and one of the ladies jumped into action. She made the most delicious maple sea salt latte! It was super flavorful, made with clean ingredients, and HOT (not lukewarm like many lattes I’ve had).
Friendly service, a bright and airy atmosphere, and amazing coffee. I highly recommend.
