Everytime, I have ordered a bucket of chicken, I was one short. Yesterday I was charged an additional .30 for a thigh when I ordered a three pice chicken only for $7.99.
On Saturday, August 29th, 2026, at approximately 12:15 PM, I walked into KFC hoping to order food for my friend and I , as we were visiting from New Jersey and heading for a mini weekend vacation at a remote location. I realized that ordering online would have been better for points and deals, so I asked the cashier, who was sitting at the cash register (which I found unprofessional and rude), for assistance. She ignored me, so I decided to get in line and wait my turn.

They were out of honey mustard and biscuits. We found that odd. Chicken tenders were okay. I would not get them again.
