The Food here is delicious 😋 The rice and beans are doing their job..and the Pork!! Let's just say I haven't tasted anything bad here..If Spanish food is your thing..look no further 😋

Walked into a group of solid men just sitting in the front of the store? It’s the middle of the day and there are no more patties??? Maybe an owner, not sure, but went behind counter and grabbed a 2 liter and cups and proceeded to pass drinks out to the other men sitting in the dining area of the restaurant? My child for some oxtails and she was satisfied. Very slow service and probably won’t be back.

I went here thinking the food looked good and was going to be good because of the review and I was very disappointed try at your own expense the rice was so mushy and it was a 0/10 the streak was okay but then again they only give you 4 tiny pieces of it maybe it wasn’t a good day in the kitchen but never will I go again

Elba’s is the absolute best place for Dominican/Carribean hispanic food in Delco. Their bistec and pollo guisao is to die for. If you go early you can get mango and “los tres golpes”. I had a Quinceañera and they cater too! Lastly, the prices are very fair.

If I had to give a con, it would be that some staff mostly speak spanish so there is a slight language barrier (im a native speaker), but its always figured out in the end with the owner Julio!
