It’s located inside the Acme which is great because you can shop and grab a drink. The only problem is that you can’t order ahead and they don’t honor the scan & go. They also do not honor anything with a QR code. So I missed out on a lot of reward points.

This Starbucks on Edgemont Ave had been just okay, but over the last year or so, the service had been GREAT! It's such a pleasure going into a place where people seem happy with what they're doing and are kind! Big difference! Thank you Starbucks!

Absolutely the worst service, they need to stop letting people with mobile orders in the drive thru and learn to pull people forward to park when there’s an issue with an order, ridiculous how long the waits are!!!

Yesterday I went before work as usual to grab a coffee and when I got to the window, the cashier literally stood there on her phone for like 3 whole minutes without even acknowledging me or saying “hey one sec” she just ignored me and so after about a minute or so I casually said “heeeyyyy” in case she just didn’t realize I was there and she literally looked at me and said “I was taking an order.” In the most miserable way possible and so I just kind of sat there awkwardly lol…. It’s weird tho cause her mouth wasn’t even moving and she was on her phone so idk how that looks like her “taking an order” and even if she truly was taking an order, she could’ve just been like “hey I’ll be right with you” and I would’ve been like yea for sure dude! …. Super weird.

I have been to this starbucks twice and both times i came encounter with this lady with short red hair with glasses and she is extremely disrespectful. I don’t even like to write reviews but she needs to know or be told to treat others with respect. I went to starbucks earlier today, came in , waited for like a good 10 minutes and she came up to me and said “you know you can say something right” first of all what? I said to her well i thought someone would help me if you see me waiting right at the front where the mobile pick up is. I didn’t want to bother because i thought it would be just common sense to come to me if you see me waiting , or even ask if i was helped. after i respond she tells me “for future reference next time you come into this starbucks tell someone instead of standing there”. That’s really not how you talk to anyone, she might of not thought she was rude, but in reality some people do not tolerate that.

Absolute worst costumer service I have ever seen. Rude worker ruined my day. Simply wanted a drink and food. When I ordered, I asked for the food and they didn’t have it. I ask for another, nope. Order ANOTHER food, nope out of that too. You’d think someone who works in the food industry would then give suggestions of what they do have. Nope. Sat there and let me order about everything on the menu just to say they don’t have it. Ok. Ended up with no food. After I drove slightly away I simply said Wow ok. Got to the window and she is insanely rude. Says she can hear what I said and basically yells at me for it. Yells at me for saying wow because Starbucks is out of everything?! Absolutely not. Tall, gingerish, round, white women, with her hair cut just below her ears. Won’t be coming to this awful Starbucks again.

This Starbucks is truly going downhill. They’re completely understaffed and it shows. However, the customer shouldn’t have to deal with that. I order from my app every morning, yet I’m still waiting 10 minutes for my order. The employees are extremely rude they never apologize and only say “everyone else is waiting just like you” also heard one staff member with red hair who often makes the food say “if y’all don’t want to wait make your coffee at home” this store has a very bad atmosphere. The barista Liz made me a HORRIBLE matcha it looked like oat milk with a small scoop of matcha. This location needs a completely revamp and new staff who actually care about their job. The food is extremely cold because you’ve been waiting 10-20 minutes for your drink. They don’t clean the utensils after making the drinks because there’s so many. Truly disheartening.
