Yesterday I went before work as usual to grab a coffee and when I got to the window, the cashier literally stood there on her phone for like 3 whole minutes without even acknowledging me or saying “hey one sec” she just ignored me and so after about a minute or so I casually said “heeeyyyy” in case she just didn’t realize I was there and she literally looked at me and said “I was taking an order.” In the most miserable way possible and so I just kind of sat there...read full review

The drive-thru was packed so we went inside. It really is a nice location and everyone was very friendly. My only gripe ever with Starbucks is that the price for my White Mocha keeps going up.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps from the lot to the door.

I was in line today and witnessed impeccable customer service from Valdez to a customer who absolutely did not deserve any kindness, but received nothing but kindness and patience from Valdez anyway. Hats off to you for being an amazing and kind person!! The world could definitely use more people like you Starbucks is lucky to have you!
