Stopped through going home from Erie after seeing the solar eclipse, about 9pm-ish...Had to wait a bit to order as they were slammed and had legit like 10 tickets up. Who I assumed is the manager (lady in tan shirt) was beasting the line and calling food to her team! Clear and concise. i ordered breakfest and the pancakes were cold. this was the second time it happened and there were a couple other screw ups. i told the girl behind the counter and i was irritated. she defused the situation and had excellent customer service. and i get it. everything is timed and etc but i think the machine might not be coming to temp correctly i dont think it was anyones fault. i just assume i may have been the first to complain. just her apologizing in all honesty meant...read full review

I am shocked at the change I've seen at this location. My kids love BK and Brookville is the closest, but the service and quality of the food was so poor that we were on the verge of giving up on the place completely. But the new General Manager Kristi has really turned things around. We've talked to her a few times, and she is just the sweetest.
