The guy taking our order was new and trying his darnedest to do a great job. You could tell. He has to call the GM Christine over 3 times. She was so kind to him and you know he felt bad. They really cared. Great experience!
The person who takes your order, Jeff, was so rude! He was himing and hawing while taking my order. He had items on my order that I didn't order. He neglected to add an order that I did place. I asked for extra fries instead of apple slices. We received apple slices. We did not get the sauce that was ordered with the chicken nugget meal.I think it might be time to eat at Burger King or Dairy Queen.
