Great experience at this Dunkin. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff were polite and friendly. My order came out fast, and both the coffee and the food were excellent! Quick, smooth visit all around.

I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar and the guy gave me a look lie wat us milk then he started talking to his coworker in their language if you have something to say about me say it in English so I can understand you. So done with thus location hope they close it

this is by far my fave Dunkin. The staff are pleasant and whenever I order hot food they always make it very well. but pls bring back the queso loaded hash browns. I had to stop going to this location just bc I’m not a fan of the chipotle loaded hash browns and the queso ones are available at other surrounding Dunkin’s. pls bring it back and I’ll be there 😭🙏🏻

I’ve only been in there a few times, and every time I go in there they’re donuts are Not fresh. And they also are very shady. They put out tip cups and place them right where they’re handing you back your change so the change will fall into the cup a party helper and have worked many Indian events. They do not tip at all.

The donuts are good, but the service is bad, the workers always seem miserable to be there, and the donuts are almost $2 a piece, overpriced! Giant has freshly made donuts (they are amazing) and they are 0.99 a piece. They are just as big too.
Wasted way too much time and money here. My latte has gotten worse everyday. Not hot anymore and today I never received my latte they were so slow. You lost my money.

They were out of the donuts I ordered through the app. They didn’t say that or notify me until I showed up, they also charged my card ahead of time even though they were out. Apparently they don’t make the donuts fresh in the store and they don’t give refunds either so I was forced to take donuts I didn’t want. Very shady business practices here.

2nd time I’ve had an issue at this location so I’ll never go again. Horrible here. I ordered 2 dozen donuts through the app for my daughter’s birthday. 1 dozen was glazed as requested by the birthday girl. When I got there they told me they didn’t have any glaze. Never told me it was unavailable through the app but they charged my card anyway. They had zero glazed donuts and told me they don’t make donuts there! lol its Dunkin’ donuts. How do they not make donuts? They also said they couldn’t give me a refund. It’s their policy, that I would have to call corporate. Which I did. But I was forced to take a product I didn’t want because I couldn’t get a refund. Manager came out also and could care less. Horrible place and management.
