The fish sandwich is a favorite, with two fish patties each, no tartar and no cheese. The McDonald’s in Broomall serves fresh, hot meals, including 10-piece nugget meals and cheeseburgers, which are always tasty. The nuggets are crispy, and the fries are perfect. Ordering at the self-serve kiosk is a good experience, with employees being very efficient. Janet at the drive-thru is noted for being friendly and upbeat. Parking is available, and there is a good size parking lot with marked spaces for handicapped and curbside. Since the new manager took over, the place has improved dramatically, from the food to the service. However, the app has received negative feedback, and there have been some issues with management response.
