Am look for job good people
Service is a little slow but there’s this young white kid who works the front that is so friendly and super helpful even when it’s a madhouse in there. Despite waiting forever for my mobile order, I couldn’t even get upset because the kid was just so delightful 😂
Hello- it’s about time I write in to guys.....We’ve been having some issues lately.... quarter pounder has been undercooked on multiple occasions, wait time, unfriendly staff, missing things from order.

McDonald's offers a pleasant dining experience for customers. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness, efficiency, and hot, made-to-order food. Customers have particularly enjoyed the new McCrispy, which features a substantial amount of tender, crispy chicken meat and flavorful pickles. The fish sandwich is a favorite, with two fish patties each, no tartar and no cheese. The McDonald’s in Broomall serves fresh, hot meals, including 10-piece nugget meals and cheeseburgers, which are always tasty. The nuggets are crispy, and the fries are perfect. Ordering at the self-serve kiosk is a good experience, with employees being very efficient. Janet at the drive-thru is noted for being friendly and upbeat. Parking is available, and there is a good size parking lot with marked spaces for handicapped and curbside. Since the new manager took over, the place has improved dramatically, from the food to the service. However, the app has received negative feedback, and there have been some issues with management response.
