A horrible customer service experience today at the Panera Bread in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center. We ordered food at the kiosk and took the pager as directed. After waiting about 10 minutes and the pager hadn't gone off, we asked an employee about the status of our food. She told us that the food had been waiting in the back counter and said that the pager hadn't gone off. When she bought out the pizza it was totally cold and they refused to make a new one. love the autumn squash soup !!
I love Panera! But, I just had one of the new breakfast wraps. It was disgusting! The wrap was too big and dry for the fillings. The sweet sauce for the bacon was overwhelming. Very disappointing!
