We’ve been to this location a number of times and it’s always really consistent. Favs are their pulled pork, Mac & cheese and cornbread but they have some new menu items we need to go back to try!Our most recent visit, the vibe was super family friendly and staff was so incredibly kind and considerate about food allergies. Will always continue to support!

Best BBQ on the Main Line, hands down!Had the brisket, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. Brisket was nice and tender, smoky, bangin!Mac was creamy, gooey, no fatty spots where the cheese broke. Nice little breadcrumbs on top for crunch.Cornbread was fluffy, but didn’t break apart. Def made in house. Honey butter was money.Get your @ss over to La Cabra!!

I was there on January 27th. It is always a pleasure to see entrepreneurs in the restaurant business. I went specifically to support. The food was tasty. The front of house was being steered in an efficient manner. HOW EVER, someone in the back took a portion my 1/2 rack of ribs. I arrived home with a 9-10 inch slab. Your staff will sink your business if you don't watch them.

Great food, and great service. Tyler was amazing, he was waiting every table in restaurant and still was on top of things. Great place my wife picked for my birthday dinner, definitely will be back!

Just excellent. BBQ is awesome. Beer is good. Comfortable atmosphere. The baked beans are delicious and the pulled pork is top notch.

Award winning BBQ ? alongside fresh locally crafted beers ?. Great place to watch the game. What’s not to like? Stop on by ?! Cheers ?Parking: Plenty of parking if you know where to find it. Septa lot is 1/2 block away, street parking and some spots outback.

I could not be happier with La Cabra Smokehouse. We wanted something different for a family party and got La Cabra event take out. The experience was perfect and the food was amazing. Ordering was easy, making changes was easy. I showed up and the food was done on time (show up early to enjoy one of their great beers while you wait). The pulled pork, chicken, Mac and cheese, chips and wings were all awesome. They package it to make it so easy to serve to your guests. Everyone at our part commented about how good the food was. Thanks to John and the whole team for a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

I'll preface this review by saying I'll go again because I went closer to closing which I think can be a tough time for restaurants. We had the Smoked Half Chicken and the Brisket. I also ordered a Rosemary Margarita. The Brisket was very soft and tender and had a great bark on top. The flavor on the bark was exceptional. The chicken was also tender but less flavorful. Unfortunately, I didn't like any of the sauces given with the meats so not much to add to the chicken. The sauces were too sweet. I was hoping for a bbq sauce with a kick to it or a combination of sweet and spicy. The cucumber salad with the chicken is actually just sliced cucumbers. No flavor at all. I don't know what it was supposed to be other than cut up cucumbers. Was there supposed to be some flavoring to them?? The Rosemary Margarita was pretty good but didn't match the cost for a pre-made on tap drink. Too pricy for what it was. Our server and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.

Amazing brisket in particular (fork-tender; have never had any this perfect in PA), but everything about this place is awesome! Great selection of home-brewed beer, cool music, comfortable ambience, and barbecue and food that shows the care they have put into it. Cannot wait to return!

This is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in the area traveling for work. Over a few visits, I've tried: - Alabama Slamma - Brisket Mac & Cheese - Burnt Ends - Hot Chicken - Brisket Chopped Cheese You can't go wrong here. Everything is delicious. The one thing I have to get every time are the burnt ends. I could get these alone for my meal, but there are other great things to try. The only thing I don't like is that they aren't open on Mondays since that's when I'm usually in the area.

Just found this a few weeks ago, and I've been there with the family twice now. The service and atmosphere are great--very welcoming and a fun vibe. On a recent Saturday, tables were full with a few college football games on. I've had the beef brisket and the pulled pork, and I recommend both. If I had to choose just one, I'd go for the brisket, but there's a combo platter where you can get both. The mac and cheese is among the best I have had, and the kids (who are experts) agreed. We also enjoyed the cole slaw and the nachos a bunch. And if you are getting takeout, be sure to get an 8 founce container of the beer cheese. I'm not sure what it _doesn't_ go well with! Finally, they are a brewpub after all, so try the beer. The manager directed me toward the Hipster Catnip. Despite the name, which made me cringe, it was an excellent, hoppy but crisp, American IPA that I also highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other items, like the fried chicken, ribs, brisket sausage, and some other beers. Great addition to the Main Line's dining scene!
