It's was OK they have a variety of bagels. Wheat ,onion poppy seed, plain , the service was good. I'll give him a try again
The bagels are small and not that great. They also screwed up my order the first and only time I went. I ordered four bagels with salmon cream cheese, they asked me a couple time while they were making it, and then handed me a bag and said “here’s the salmon bagels.” I got home and saw they were all plain cream cheese. They were almost empty at the time, not sure how it happened.
Great bagels. Needs tables to eat in
Bad bagels. Bad service. No wonder it was slow. Makes no sense, this place used to be good and packed! What happened ???
The bagels are great But unlike other nearby bagel joints, they run out of them by 9 or 10 sometimes. Seems like inventory is always lacking
The bagels tasted rubbery and felt like they were frozen. It’s the messiest bagel I’ve ever eaten and I take a bite and everything fell out. Ingredients taste cheap as well. Does not look like the pictures at all.
Standard bagel shop. Variety of choices if you get there early enough. Eggs and sausage are not made fresh on a griddle. More like a Dunkin set up with a toaster oven to heat up the premade sandwich fillings.Staff was nice enough but the shop itself was not well kept.Giving three out of five stars because the bagels weren’t bad and the prices were reasonable.
This place is good.It is a bit confusing to see the name board says “The Bagel Shop” and rest all are marked as Bruggers. And the OPEN board/sign doesn’t work. So it is a bit hard to really say is the store open and serving. We visited early on the day here and the bagels are good and there are handful of options too. There are almost all varieties of Bruggers’ cream cheeses. They have fresh brewed coffee, packed fruit juices, bottled drinks and fountain drinks too.Looks like there is no seating.Staff are friendly
The brueggers bagels I grew up eating in Roc, NY & Troy, NY would never. I asked for butter & cream cheese & the cashier literally put the cream cheese first and then the butter second ?? Maybe that’s how the gentleman preferred HIS bagel. But since when does any place do that?? I had to ask for it to be remade & the bagel wasn’t toasted all the way the second time. The place is not well kept. Where is the health department also?? This place is in shambles.Hold this L
This place is a joke. A bagel shop that never seems to have any bagels to sell. I've been here 6 times over the past few weeks and have never once left with a dozen bagels. This coupled with the fact that the workers behind the counter are completely indifferent, I have no idea how this place is still open.
Restaurantji Recommends
Just don't. No variety of bagels in stock, dirty, messy, getting orders wrong.
The same guy handling money, brings your bagels to the toaster which is cross-contamination. They were too busy moping around singing instead of doing their job. Ceiling tiles missing and other signs of neglect. This place is at rock bottom and it's sad the workers (or management) doesn't care.
These are not the Bruegger's bagels I know and love. Bagels were under cooked and had a doughy consistency. I will not be going back and I recommend you go down the street for a good bagel.
Didn't open on time. Bagels taste ok but are smaller than I thought they would be
Great ‘s! One employee forgot to get me a cup, but that’s fine!
