I ordered Friday night around 7:30 PM for pickup. My order was ready within 15 min of me ordering on the website. The facility was clean and the people greeting me were so nice and friendly! When I picked up my order, I double checked that everything was correct (I've been burned by Papa Johns before...). The one person noticed this and asked me if everything was prepared according to the order, which I appreciated. Payment was really easy and fast. The food was really good too, we got two pizzas and wings which really hit the spot. Sad that this location has so many poor reviews but I will definitely come back soon!

Tried to charge me $14 for a carry out cheese pan pizza (pepperoni would be extra). When I told him the price was wrong (should be $8.47 with pepperoni) he told me that I had to go home and order it online. Ridiculous. Not everyone uses apps....not going back!

Got delivery through Uber Eats. Delivery was fine, the food was terrible. The hot wings were mushy and had barely any sauce. I ordered bleu cheese dressing for the wings and paid for an extra one. Got 2 garlic sauces.

I have been seeing lots of commercials for Dominos. The special looked good & NY crust pizza looked very appealing. I haven’t eaten Dominos in over 10 years so I thought I would give it a try. It was terrible .same doughy crust .. not much cheese at all.. not fully cooked.. such a disappointment. Maybe spend more money fixing your pizza & not on commercials.

I called several times get no answer, so I drive to the location to see the only 2 employees that are here are sitting down at the dining tables on their phones, were rude while ordering, wore no gloves nor did they wash their hands before touching my food overall terrible service

20 minutes after I placed the order in the app, I arrived at the store. A worker had to run out to get the manager, who then had to check the computer to acknowledge my order ....I ran out of time so I left. . This is not acceptable

Put pineapples on my pizza when I never ordered pineapple on anything, didn't give me brownies when I paid for them, forgot the salad, and when I called to fix this, they would put me on hold/stop answering the phone/say the manager wasn't in/lie and say that they would give me a free pizza... Terrible service, will never order again...

I placed an order for two large pizzas for pickup, unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing and incorrect rendition of what I had requested.

The order consisted of one pizza with sausage and pepperoni, and the other with pineapple and pepperoni. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that both pizzas were prepared incorrectly. One was an unexpected combination of pineapple and spinach, while the other seemed to feature a burned topping, which I can't accurately identify due to its charred state.

I have been a Domino's customer for a considerable amount of time and have ordered from various locations without encountering such a glaring issue. This experience from this location was undoubtedly the worst I have encountered, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of Domino's. Regrettably, my experience confirms the validity of those negative reviews.

Returning to the store to rectify the mistake is not feasible, as I live 25 minutes away and the error was clearly on the part of Domino's. Due to the substantial inconvenience caused by this error, I want a refund.
