We went on Christmas Eve and it took us ~30 mins to receive our drinks. Then waitress (who was great but clearly understaffed) had to explain they were out of a wine she recommended and they did not have an actual bartender working, but someone stepping in? The food had no taste, bland Caesar salad, and pastas came out lukewarm with no taste on a holiday dinner and for that very high price point I was expecting much better service and food. Really disappointed.

The food was exceptional from the last visit, and the previous visits, before that. Last night however, was so disappointing. Not only the menu has changed but the drastic quality of food as well. It was underwhelming to say the least. I love coming back though and still hopeful to enjoy the food again next time.

The dry aged bolognese was good but lacked depth in the flavor. The New York strip was very underwhelming. The best part of the meal was the muscles shared plate, which was phenomenally put together and was really the only plate I would return for.

The food was good but I believe the servers were all new to serving. When they brought out the food they handed the plates to us and did not clear the salad plates. We moved and stacked our plates so we could put our food plates down. This was 1 example.

So so sad to report, but this meal was awful. I almost dont understand. Stale/chewy croutons, grilled carrots that were basically raw + zero seasoning, roasted brussels sprouts also zero seasoning also almost completely raw?! Couldn't chew them?! idk im a cook and it was wild to see this output. Fish was fine? I have to assume it's closing soon, how could they possibly go on like this...
