Bought cookies and noticed after purchase the cookie case is wide open and a fly was landing on them all. The woman working saw it and didn’t care. I even saw her reach around the fly to grab cookies. Disgusting
Wondered why we stopped receiving gift boxes of Hope's Cookies since 2019. Usually I don't eat already made cookies, just home baked, but was persuaded to try these and they were delicious. Based on recent reviews, this is no longer true and it is most likely because the rights to this product were sold to Country Fresh Batter, Inc. The website also indicates why the product suffers; they offer way too many items pulling them far from the original company intention so the original product suffers. Save your money, bake your own or find a truly well made product. If you care about your clients, you will not send anything from the new, unimproved, 'Hope's Cookies'. Always happens when they sell off.
Great service and the staff is so awesome
My son and I stopped and got an ice cream sandwich, it was delicious! But in an age of terrible customer service, I appreciated the people even more! Multiple people offered to help me, there was a lot to choose from on the menu! All smiles and eye contact. I’ll take this over the corporate chains any day!
Got delicious icecream after having dinner at a fabulous Indian restaurant.
I stopped here with my niece and nephew to get them a couple cookies and we loved them. We got the sugar cookie with sprinkles, the red velvet, the lemon something or another and then the heath bar crunch cookie. Heath bar crunch was the best. They were all soft and baked well. Normal cookie size and we’ll be back!
Excellent ice-cream
I had a really disappointing experience here. I spoke with the manager, Vicky, and she was incredibly passive-aggressive and dismissive. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, the place was disgusting—there were flies everywhere. For a food establishment, that’s completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back.
I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.
Sad experience, we were looking for dietary restrictions cookie, and the clerk doesn’t give a dam about how the cookies are made, what can be okay for the dietary restrictions
I hope one day they do care about what they are selling

I freaking love Hopes! My daughter and I have been going for years. We go for the cookies and stay for the ice cream. The staff is usually friendly... even when they're swamped. It should be a national landmark. It's certainly a regional treasure!

My company ordered and paid good money I bet for a box of cookies. All these cookies in this box set are so dry and stale, I about broke my teeth on them trying to bite into them. They were so dried out they have white marks on them. Really disappointed, but appreciate my company doing something nice for their employees.

Love the cookies, not the customer service. Associate left cc info. out on the counter and my cc had fraud on it immediately. Was told by a manager that due to a mishap with my rewards number not being added on an order, something would be done the next time I returned; never happened.
