I love coming to this location. Blue & Bennie are the sweetest souls that keep this location alive and thriving. Every time I come in they both manage to be so helpful and put the biggest smile on my face. The cookies are top tier, very fresh, and overall 10/10.

I stopped in about 10 mins before closing, which I absolutely HATE to do bc I, too, am in the food service industry and know how frustrating that can be. But I got done working a late bar shift and insomnia was the only place open that I could get a treat for my son's birthday the next day for him to take to school. The lovely young lady, Blue, who was working was not only super happy to help me but couldn't have been sweeter despite my showing up last minute. She graciously told me what cookies were which, as I have never been to an Insomnia Cookies before and because it was so late she didn't charge me for them bc she was about to throw them out. I had been having such an awful night and felt so badly about keeping her there but Blue not only made me feel welcome, but she cheered me up and made me forget all about my awful night with her kindness and beautiful personality. I'm a room full of cookies, Blue still managed to be the sweetest thing in the building. I wish every customer service experience I have was as wonderful as my interaction with Blue. The cookies were also amazing. Very fresh tasting despite being an older batch, but I will be back because of Blue. The cookies are just an added bonus.
