My first time is definitely my last. The guy cashier is so rude and doesn’t know what he is doing. Try to ask what food is gluten free and he is so impatient. This place is trash and the food is not worth the $$$$. If I can, they don’t even worth that one star. I just have no choice.

One of my favorite places to dine. I take an 80 mile drive just to eat there. Always worth the drive. Staff is very welcoming and food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Needless to say definitely going back.

Jin Ding is really good. The owner is now cooking here, and he’s atop Hong Kong chef. If you haven’t been here for a while, you should try their Christmas special. It’s really good and reasonably priced. But you better hurry because it ends by the end of the year. We had the Christmas special and we had stuff to take home. we came back again for an early dinner. Ming, the owner head chef out did himself we had roast duck, bean shoots with garlic, and a fish hot bowl. Super good stuff. Really Chinese tasting food. Felt I’m back in Hong Kong.

I'm at a total loss on how this place is reviewed more than 1 star. My husband and I tried 6 dishes and every single one was inedible and the worst Chinese and dimsum we've ever had. If someone asked me to sum up this place's food in one word it would be the word FOUL!

Looking for a dim sum place on Christmas day and found this excellent authentic Cantonese restaurant with dim sum. Ordered the christmas combo for a great price and some dim sum. Every dish was authentic. The servants are attentive and very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone who wants authentic dim sum and cantonese cuisine!

Great food! The change of their chef have turned a so-so restaurant to a first class restaurant. Their Christmas special menu has turned Jin Ding into a true Chinese gourmet restaurant. I think it's also because Ming is also the owner of the restaurant. He has lots to gain by doing well. 5 stars!!

I was very disappointed with my visit tonight to Jin Ding. The house pinot grigio really tasted like it was watered down, the pork pan fried dumplings had a dough that seemed 3 times as thick as anywhere I have ever been, and the chicken with cashews had just a few cashews and was made with dark meat chicken bits even though I was assured it was to be white meat when I ordered it. It also included a plate full of very large chunks of celery, and a few thin pieces of carrots with a few water chestnuts, and a sauce too heavy on hoisin. Our group of 4 had asked for separate checks, which they said was no problem - we were the only people there after an early afternoon movie - but it took 3 tries to get several of the checks to correctly list the orders. Won't be going back!
