It feels like an expensive Starbucks since they were bought by the yogurt company :/ too many flavored sugary drinks, pastries are brought in from a bakery…

This was my first time going to La Colombe & it will definitely be my last. There was 1 register & at least 6 people in line & the cashier was laughing & joking with a customer while we all waited. I’m all about customer service, but people want to get in & out. She was way too full of herself.. what a disappointment.

Good coffee at a bad price.

First time going here. My order was messed up and the barista had an attitude making comments as if it was my fault when I was a barista myself I know how to order what I like. The cashier put in the wrong order and yet the customer had to deal with her lack of customer service. Then I had to wait because they ran out of my drink and once it was complete they sat it down the counter away from were I was standing and never called it out. Then after 6 minutes when I seen i was the only one standing there I asked her if that was mines and she gave me attitude. Horrible 1st experience!

Cappuccino was trash. Ice coffee was ok but the pastries were really good and danish was the best.

Some of the best coffee i've every had. The pastry goods are also delicious. The ambiance of the place is perfect for a coffee shop. My only critique is that there aren't enough outlets to spend time and get work done. There seems to only be one outlet that is available and it is near the one hightop table.

Drove all of the way here because they were supposed to be open until 6pm. Got here and found out that they were closing early at 4pm (had no way of knowing this beforehand). We thought we lucked out since we got here before 4, but the they told everyone that they were no longer making espresso drinks...Wished we would have known as we could of made it to another shop before 4pm

There was a spill in front of me and watched what I believe is the manager(man with beard) just stepped over it. Not sure what kind of leadership the place has but the staff is great outside this guy. Not a big review guy but this really bothered me.

I drove 20 minutes out of my way to meet a friend for coffee and lunch only to find that the staff had decided to close at 12:30
Sorry, but I didn't see a water main break or a power outage - so what was the reason for closing early?
No matter - I won't return to a business that doesn't value my time.

La Colombe served me one of the best lattes I’ve ever had today! I wish Starbucks could train their baristas to make lattes with such quality. If management is reading this, please open locations in the western end of Main Line.

Listen, I have been hanging out at this coffee shop for years. I like the ambiance, the pastries are delicious, the drinks are good. But as a regular costumer I have to say I am getting quite fed up with 2 things: they need more people behind the counters. It can take up to 20 min to move up the line because those poor baristas are handling way more than they can; secondly, I understand the no wifi and uncomfortable seats to ensure turnaround, it is a business after all; but winter has started and it is freezing cold in this place; maybe another way to prevent people for lingering too long, but it is a coffee shop, people want to come to relax, maybe work a bit, people watch,or just get out of the house, and I feel like everything is done to make the stay uncomfortable/at least crank up the heat a bit? It really is becoming tiring and not a place I want to keep hanging out at

For starters it’s a coffee shop that doesn’t offer wifi. Thank goodness for nice neighboring businesses who have public WiFi that you can mooch off of. The staff clearly would rather be working somewhere else. It’s a shame because the coffee is often decent.
