Updated review: I had previously given a one star due to what I thought was poor service, but after speaking with management, it was a misunderstanding. The bagels, as previously stated, are some of my favorite. They have the true bagel flavor and aren’t just bread in bagel shape. Management was very responsive to my concerns and made it right. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days, but this was top notch. I forget the managers name but he was lovely as was his associate that I spoke to on the day of the misunderstanding. So happy I found my bagel place!

What a disappointing experience!! This location used to be a Bruegger's Bagels, freshly baking what were hands down the best bagels in the greater Philly area. Today was my first visit as a Manhattan Bagel and I am sorely disappointed. The Manhattan Bagel is a vile lump of flour, not tremendously differentiated from stale things you buy in a plastic bag at the grocery store. It's always sad to see good things turn to bad, and that's the case with the former Brueggers turning into a Manhattan Bagel. You simply can't get past a lousy product!!

This location never disappoints! Anytime I call it’s answered in a timely polite manner, with my food always being correct. I’m new to this area and have been here a couple times with out any problem. Only thing I say that can be improved is this fresh pastry section

Ordered “bagel with butter” online. Then had to choose type of bagel from a list. Chose multigrain. Apparently there was a multigrain bread choice as well as bagel choice. Confusing to mix bread into the “bagel with butter” section of menu. I must have clicked multigrain toast and was given toast instead of bagel. Order said “Bagel with Butter; multigrain toast”. Man at the store argued with me that I ordered wrong thing. Would not acknowledge that the ordering site is poor/confusing. “No one else has problems”. All he had to do was acknowledge. Will never give this store my business again.

We LOVE Manhattan Bagel and are so excited to have a location so close! I placed a pickup order this AM, went to pick up and the man behind the counter was nice enough to tell me how to spend a little less money for the breakfast sandwich I had asked for! (No meat order vs. ordering just egg/cheese) Very nice, welcoming people here and we will DEFINITELY be back!!!
