I'm not sure why but this McDonalds has the slowest service. Two months ago I was in the drive through for just under 20 minutes and last week I had to wait 58 minutes and that's not even an exaggeration.
The worst part is the lot is designed in a way that once you're in line you can't really get out.

The staff is a bit indifferent. I had an online order (drive-thru pickup) that got lost in the system and the manager wasn't much help getting it sorted out and I had to reorder inside the restaurant. However, she was friendly later on.

Very nice McDonald’s with pretty good service my boyfriend and I came here for a small snack(cookie and apple pie) andwe had a pleasant experience while here. We would Definitely come back again in the future.

This McDonald's is really nasty. They actually served me a sandwich that was bitten into already! Thank God I had a second of light from the street to notice it was already bitten before I bit into it. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this. I cooked professionally for 13 years. I get it, sometimes you eat on the job when you shouldn't but you have to do better than this. FOUL. Fries are also soggy and the other food was old. You could tell it was all sitting under the heat lamp. GROSS. I don't know whom franchises this place but it should be handed over to someone else.

Every time we come here it’s something- they forget to put in an item or make us wait in the parking lot for an item that’s not ready. Waiting 6 min already for a sausage McGriddle kind of defeats the purpose of a drive thru

Well, this is awkward. I go in today to wash my hands ironically, and someone walks in the restroom and starts wiping down the urinal with a rag OK that did not seem to awkward but then takes that same rag with urine and Lord knows what else on it and starts wiping down the hand dryers so now there is urine and Lord knows what else all over the hand dryers so I just politely kicked the door open because I have no idea what else could be contaminated with such nonsense but I advise you guys to properly train your employees because this was unexpected
Happy Meal is 4.99, and Toy is $6...The manager is very unfriendly, and the working cashier is very unfriendly... I don't want to go here again

Open 24hrs? Yeah right. Came thru drive thru approx 2:45am. After waiting a few minutes with no one asking for my order I shouted "hello?" at speaker. Got a reply from employee saying she was on break and no one else there speaks English to take orders, but I could use doordash if I wanted. (No, I'm not paying a doordash fee and food markup when I am at the restraunt!) I wasn't in a huge hurry so I asked when her break was over.... she said 3:30! A 45min break?! With no coverage?! Unacceptable.
