As a fan of Mediterranean food, this place can go kick olives into the Mediterranean Sea. My experience was like ascending the Rock of Gibraltar. I thought I was on the Costa Del Sol on vacation but in all actuality I ended up stuck on a ski lift for 45min overlooking the Atlantic in Great Britain? !Ja ja, que Bonita GB! I kid, I kid. Now, even on the phone the gentleman's accent gave me all the Mediterranean feels. Yet, when I popped the bag, I realized I was in still in Nova on Lancaster Ave unscrupulously holding a Greek Burrito. This was just to fill a craving but when you own a place with Mediterranean roots like this you should atttttleast have decent Olive Oil...... pure, unadulterated Oil not some Costco $1.99, 2 for 4, Ronald McDonald Olive Oil! I hate being critical but sometimes you need to take a stand against old dogs on the Main Line and their old tricks. I digress.. P.S. Ordered a Gyro, Lg Greek Salad, Hummus, Pita bread Simply Greek opening in Wayne soon cerca de la Panera, hoping for a Gyro that's a cut above ...prayers Up 4/10

Excellent food that's very fresh. Loved the sampler, in particular. The server we had went way beyond what's normally expected to help a larger table. Very gracious gentleman. He deserves a raise!

I can't think of a better experience from a Persian/Mediterranean cuisine! The wonderful tastes and spices mixed in these dishes were mouth watering. I had the beef koobideh with rice and kashk-o-badamjan appetizer. It even came with homemade bread. Everything was prepared with great detail and tasted amazing. The servers were great, the decorations were exquisite, and the music was lovely to listen to. Mediterranean Grill will definitely be seeing more of me soon!

I've been going here for years and love the chicken kebob (menu spelling). So much so that I've celebrated many birthdays with take out kebob. Yesterday I tried the warm baklava for the first time and was impressed with the flavor. Usually I find baklava to be too sweet. I do recommend that it be served with a knife - my friend and I had a tough time cutting through it with just a fork. Only reason for holding back a star are the following: 1. I was seated next to a legitimately dying plant and it's leaves where poking me over and through my chair 2. I found it particularly strange that at 7pm on a Friday night inside a rather empty restaurant, they were out of both types of Persian ice cream. This was disappointing because ice cream is a summer staple and I drove my friend all the way out from the city so that she could try it Overall a casual BYOB- worth a try

Very nice place in a nice location. Went there on a Sunday afternoon so parking was really easy. Had some appetizers and sea food dish which were amazing especially the grilled shrimp with dill rice. Also we had the fesnjon platter with lamb which was really good.

I've eaten here many times, food is always delicious, the lamb kebab and dolmeh are two of my go-to dishes. Owner is friendly , staff always nice and professional. I really enjoy this place.

Calm ambiance, small enough for an intimate gathering or family or friends. The food was superb as were their staff.

RUN, don't walk, to ANY other restaurant. (This would be NO stars if I could get this posted that way.) We've been going here for years. Something has gone way wrong in the past months. Tonight was our "third strike you are out" last-ever visit. Eggplant? "We're out of that." "Can you make the pasta with just olive oil and garlic no dairy?" "Let me ask the chef, he's kind of difficult." Paste dish arrives -- with tomato sauce. Sent back. Waitress appears: "That will take 20 minutes. But we found one roasted eggplant we can make faster." "The one you were out of?" "Yes." So that arrives- soggy eggplant strips, uncooked mushrooms and about 8 tablespoons of salt. Inedible. Waitress: "You don't want desert, do you?" "Actually, we'd like to look." Tea arrives with artificial sweetener. "Can we get some regular sugar?" "We're out of sugar." (Really -you can't make this stuff up. ) At 8:15 the lights were dimmed down to "closing time" -subtle! The place says open til 9 on Sundays and they turned away two people at 8:15. "The chef wants us to close." They presented us with the full bill, and after a protracted negotiation only because I asked, they took my inedible eggplant off the tab. The prior two visits were bad, but this one was the last straw. Don't know what has happened to this place, but after ten years of being loyal customers, we are never going back, and suggest you don't either. If the chef finds having customers such an affront, maybe he's in the wrong line of work.

I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Have tired most of the seafood and veggie dishes and all have been excellent. The starter dishes are very tasty and the eggplant is the best that I've ever had. Very nice dining experience.

I came for dinner last weekend because my out-of-town friends wanted something different! Boy I was surprised. The food was really tasty and the portion-sizes not too big, not to small, just right bear! Lots of choices for both omnivores and herbivores. I will come again!

If you do NOT know authentic GREEK food, you will like this place. If you like Persian food that is NOT gourmet, you will like this place. A word to the wise is sufficient.
