Ordered wonton soup, white rice and vegetable spring roll. The soup was very tasty and so was the rice. I did not get the vegetable spring roll, got a vegetable dim sum instead which was not what I ordered. I recommend checking your oder but the soup and rice was very good. Price is reasonable.

This business was doing so well but it no longer exists...they are officially out of business, I'm here now, and another gentleman said they went out business and under new management...they have not opened yet..they are renovating the inside of this restaurant...peppercorn614 staff were so nice...the food was amazing...so authentic different from all the other Chinese restaurant...they had unique flavor and taste...so sad to see them go...I hope they are going some place close by or just renovating the existing place to comeback better and bolder...if it is the previous people...I will definitely be back...

Just had the Spicy Crawfish, Diced Chicken with Chili Peppers, hot and sour soup and the spicy cucumber salad. Wow. Reminded me of a higher-end restaurant in Chongquing I once ate in where there were no tourists. The tastes are authentic and complex. The dishes were spicy and flavorful, a combination that requires culinary skill as opposed to a heavy hand with the chili oil bottle. I haven't had Sichuan food this good since the golden years of Yang Ming when they had a special Sichuan menu hidden at the back of their main menu that had dishes like this aimed at their Chinese clientele. We didn't try any of the dishes on the "Americanized Poultry" section of the menu. But I suspect that if you don't like spicy but like well-prepared Chinese food, this or the noodle dish section would be for you. Right now I rate their food ahead of Sang Kee Asian Bistro in Wynnewood.

I do not like most Asian food which is why I'm leaving 3 stars. I normally get teriyaki beef or chicken which I am a huge fan of, however the teriyaki here is disappointing. It does not appear the chicken is cooked fresh for this dish. I've tried it twice and it seems the chicken is precooked and reheated when you order. Instead of being a moist chicken breast it's like burnt ends. I suspect this is the chicken they use for most of their dishes, they just apply another sauce to it. Might work for Kung Pao, but it doesn't work so will with a simple teriyaki sauce.

Ever since i've lived in China during college I have craved for the food I got me through many nights studying, partying, and delicious meals with friends. I found the perfect Sichuan restaurant when I arrived here. It checks off all of the boxes. Spicy and tangy. Traditional and "American" style. Individual and family style (though it's soo good it'll be hard to share, even with the ones you love!). You can't go wrong here are there affordable prices and delicious food.

Everything was good the first time. Unfortunately, I got the fatty beef soup yesterday. While the thinly sliced fatty meat itself was of good quality, they seem to have added a lot of artificial capsaicin sauce to the soup. I could not see much chili pepper or red color in the sauce but it burned my tongue, lips and skin on contact. I am very used to spicy foods of all kinds from around the world. This flavor was very different and artificial. It even seeped into the meat.

Delicious food! I had to be a little picky and they followed my order perfectly! Great service and good size portions. Definitely our new spot!

Really tasty food. Appropriate spice level. I am picky about chinese food and would highly recommend this place.

This is worse than I thought it could be. Skip it, the food is as bad as the fluorescent decor.

Really love this place for Sichuan food, always fresh and ready with very little wait. The Dan Dan is rich and satisfying. The garlic chicken is light and savory. The diced chicken is crispy and bursting with flavor: totally addictive. Our young daughter loves the dumplings, garlic chicken, and the scallion pancake.

I had the diced chicken with chiles. Not only was it deep fried to a crisp, not only did it smell and taste like stale cooking oil, but there was very little chicken underneath its rock-hard batter. I took a piece apart with my fingers and found only batter - no chicken. In fact, the dish could be best described as a plate of overcooked deep fried batter piled over greasy and partly burned pieces of dried chiles. I did not make it passed a few bites, but those were enough to make me sick for the rest of the evening. The steam rice it came with looked dry and old. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here.

Recently I had a meal where I found tiny black bugs in my General Tso’s chicken. I understand the gratify of giving a one-star review to a business during the coronavirus, but this is simply indefensible. Me nor my family will ever order from there again and I heed others not to either. It truly is a shame as the first time I got the meal I enjoyed it very much.

The menu and service were above our expectations. I truly loved the environment of this place. Awesome place to take my family out for dinner.

There were BUGS in my general zhao’s chicken AND in my rice. AND they were alive!!! If you can get past the bugs squirming around in your food then it’s great!
