It’s not often I write reviews but this place forced me to. I went in on a Saturday morning - it was crowded and I knew it would take some time to place and receive my order. I waited 15minutes to place the order. My order: a sesame bagel with egg and cheese, an onion bagel with vegtable spread, small hot coffee, and a latte. The cashier told me it would be a 15 minutes wait and I said that’s fine. It wasn’t, it was 30 minutes. I opened my order after I drove away because that’s what any normal person would do and here is what I received: sesame bagel with regular cream cheese not the EGG AND CHEESE that I ordered and they got the onion bagel right although it was sort of burned. My coffee was cold and my latte was lukewarm. I called the store to speak to someone about it but obviously no one picked up. $20 for bagels and coffee, 45 minute wait and it’s all wrong. You’ll never find me in a Spread ever again.

so many times there's always something missing in my order, the last time I reported that , ladies at front desk told me to keep receipts and I didn't have it , I showed her up the pictures , instead of helping me they was arguing with me and make me waist time and I was late at work. horrible front desk, they need training for that job.

Placed an order for half a dozen bagels this morning to pick up in the early afternoon. Pay for it at the I ordered it. I get there, ask for my order, and see the employee going around to the bagels placing them in the bag. I’m then told they are out of plain bagels.They put my order together in front of me when I arrived in the afternoon. Why were the bagels I ordered and paid for in the morning not put to the side?What if all of their bagels sold out by the time I got there? My order gets canceled and I’m out of luck?What’s the point of having an order ahead option when you’re going to sell out of the product I ordered and paid for?

Worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had and there is no receipt in the bag so I can't even get a refund. $11 for poor quality scrambled eggs (the only option), bacon that is somehow char brown yet is as soggy as wet dough, served on a bagel that was apparently so raw that they scooped all of the bread out and left a thin shell. This place has been and continues to be a complete joke.

Got an egg, cheese, bacon on a plain bagel. All was good with the bagel being a bit too soft for my preference. I like the coffee. The atmosphere is cool.

Nice nice to find a place that knows how to make a bagel. The staff was very helpful, especially the new trainee at the cashier who helped me pick my sandwich order a dozen bagels, which didn’t all make them home as you can see in the picture, coffee, exceptional since they brew with La Colombe coffee, we definitely go back again.

This is what a $15 sandwich looks like....first of all it has so much cream cheese and whitefish on it the whole bagel is drenched , I can't even pick it up ....I dont know think it takes any special talent to make this , plesee do

Good sandwich - brisket was tender and flavorful. We got the rosemary olive oil bagel and it has a bit too much flaky sea salt on it, making it too salty in some bites. Despite being packed, service was decently fast.
Took a half hour for one pizza bagel order, they werent even making any other orders. Bagel was yummy tho.

Absolutely do not recommend. Ordered just an everything bagel with cream cheese, and after 25 mins waiting they told me they did not have everything left (they had over 30 at the time I ordered). After another 10 mins waiting waiting for my now sesame bagel, I got an order with a plain bagel and was extremely disappointed with the quality.Customer service was bad as well.

This place is falling downhill very fast. The past 4 times we ordered online our bagels were raw in the inside . We brought it to the managers attention he said they will fix this issue. As of today our everything bagel was yet again raw and the breakfast sandwich was falling apart like some angry person made it who hates their job .Had to ask for a refund.

Very tasty bagels and cream cheeses. Coffee was also quite good. Tea selection is lacking - suggest adding a morning tea like English or Irish Breakfast, not just Earl Gray and herbals. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was quite crowded on a Saturday morning around 10 am so just be prepared you may not get a table. Look forward to returning.
