Too damn cold in this store. 35 degrees outside with flurries and it's like like 60 degrees in this store. Why? The store should be 68-70° in the store. Clearly, Starbucks is too cheap to heat their stores.

The baristas are all courteous and friendly. I normally order from the app but this one day I ordered at the store and the one employee was stating my order beforehand. So they are familiar with the regular customers.
There was a mouse running around the seating area, but the employees seemed legitimately shocked by it so I doubt they have an infestation. It probably just found it's way inside
