Dirty. Place smells. Rude bartenders and servers. Took over an hour for our food and the place wasn’t very busy! Will never come back.

The worst bar experience on Mainline so far. A young female bartender (don't want to expose her appearance) was very intimidating. We checked their happy hour menu online before coming in, but the girl told us that it was listed on their blackboard or on the small side posters. I couldn't see the blackboard due to my corner seat, so I asked her if she could give me some recommendations. She glared and yelled at me, " You want this or that beer? Oh, it was not busy at the time at all. The food is very small portioned and overpriced. I would never go back to this place!

Great Gastro Pub...
Went after catching a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute and grabbed a meal.
The service was great, and the food was a huge portion and delicious.
They have a lot of cool drink specials and wide selection.

My friend who uses an electric cart for movement and I attempted to eat at The Grog last evening. There was a step at the entrance making it inaccessible. However there were small tables immediatelly inside entrance that could easily be moved to the sidewalk. I asked a server for that accomodation. She said she would ask the manager who came out and said the restaurant was not "permitted" for sidewalk dining. I asked her how she felt as a worker to not serve a person with a disability. She responded: "I am sorry that we are not able to serve you". This incident can easily be fixed. Pay the permit and serve the disabled! Anything less is unaceptable!!!
Jocelyn was amazing!! I will be back :)

Placed a order for pickup, went to go pickup my food and the owner of the store greets me with "Why did you leave us a 1 star review" I explained to him why and he decided to refuse me service and not give me my food. I won't be eating here again and you've earned your business another 1 star which is deserving and truthful.
