Great restaurant. Brussel sprout appetizer was incredible! Best we ever had. The ahi tuna was outstanding too. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The waitress and hostess were so kind and attentive. Environment was clean and comfortable. Perfect dining experience from start to finish. Thank you
First time was awesome ! Second time , not good . Cold bread , slightly frozen salad , raviolis tasted like potato / broccoli.. so gross. The bartender was so annoyed that he had to serve multiple tables . He had zero personality . Such a disappoinment .
Great atmosphere & staff. Food is good, cocktails are even better, but the best was their deserts. I would regularly come in just to sneak a slice of their house-made key lime pie or pumpkin cheesecake to go. Several times it would be the excuse for a dinner, just to have a reason to have dessert there. This is now all in past-tense, because I was very disappointed to hear that the amazing pastry chef was cut from the kitchen team earlier this January (2025). The Pullman made a misstep with this decision. While the food is still good, truly great deserts are much more rare than the rest of your menu.

It's a nice restaurant. It's not cheap and it's not exceptional. It's good and it's local if you live in that area. They had limited IPAs, but the one I got was very good

We were a group of eight and had a lovely round table in a charming environment. That’s my positive. Our service was awful. While the waiters really tried they’re too young and not polished and actually smelled of smoke. My order was not that complicated and it came completely messed up. It was also incredibly overpriced for the value. My entire table of eight was underwhelmed. Substantially.

We were here for a birthday party. The staff was very accommodating, and their drinks were top-notch. The outdoor patio was delightful, plenty of room to sit comfortably and enjoy the cool weather.

I never review restaurants despite working in the service industry for 5 years, but really felt like I had to call out the wonderful experience we had at the Pullman. When I called in and spoke with the kind hostess, I knew it would be great. The staff treated us with some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced, they were just kind and upbeat, and seemed truly dedicated to making sure we were taken care of in a friendly and efficiently manner. My fiance and I are 22, so when we go out to a nice place on rare occasion, servers tend to be a bit demeaning towards us because of our age. That was not the case here. The food came out so quick and was absolutely incredible. The tuna nachos, burrata, gnocchi, and mousse were amazing, not to mention the delicious drink menu. All in all, the hostess (didn’t catch her name) Jeff, and Asher did an amazing job. We will be back :)

Absolute gem, no, diamond, of a restaurant! Everything was fantastic from the moment we walked in. From the super friendly hosts to the beautifully designed spaces, my wife and I felt like they were there just waiting for us to show up and turn our evening into a whimsical journey. We sat in what we immediately declared the best seat in the house and began to indulge in the ambience, the menu, the decor; it basically turned into a love fest and we hadn't even ordered our drinks yet.
Our server was amazing and perfect, as we're the drinks all the food, and the rest of our experience. The wagyu meatloaf and bone in short rib are rich and decadent and taste as every bit of phenomenal as they sound. To top it all off, the pastry chef even stopped by our table to highlight the desserts. This simultaneously made us feel like celebrities, while also feeling like we just met a celebrity, it was fantastic. The Pullman is without a doubt a new favorite, five stars baby!

I had no idea this place existed until I randomly drove by one night while looking for the UPS store. It looks nice from the outside so my partner and I decided to check it out. The food was excellent AND the portions were good size. They had good music playing and the lighting was just dim enough to set a good mood. The service was prompt. We had the octopus, ragu, and sea bass - all of which were above expectations. No surprises. I ordered from the drink menu and that was the only disappointment. This restaurant serves mixologist level drinks (think egg yoke, thyme, and aromatic ingredients). I got the jawn (something) and it tasted like bath water. Little flavor, roughly room temp and nothing of interest with respect to presentation. But that was only one drink - there are plenty of other options that might be wonderful. You'll have to figure that out yourself.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at the Pullman. Everything was too notch (our daughter had tipped them off!😉). The food , service and hospitality was all we could have wished for. Our server Jeffrey was outstanding. We enjoyed the Brussels appetizer, the sea bass and the crab cake for entrees and key lime pie, creme brûlée and the hand made coffee and chocolate chip ice cream. The Figgie Smalls cocktail should not be missed.

Used to come here often when it was Tango. This was our first time back. Food was flavorless and I grant that this could be a matter of personal taste. But the very poor, slow, service at the uncrowded bar (where we usually like to sit) has turned me off. (I'd hate to think it was because we were older patrons...) Sorry this wasn't a better experience because the Bryn Mawr-Ardmore-Haverford area could us more somewhat upscale dining venues. Where service is great and the food well prepared.

Review only for the outdoor bar.
We are local and thought this could be a potential weekly go-to place, but we won’t return.
Service is extremely slow and bad. We waited 20mn for a cocktail and Diet Coke that was flat. The server was in a midriff shirt and dirty legging which made me question the hygiene. I asked for a new Diet Coke, that was also flat, and her answer was ‘you can complain to come there’s nothing I can do about it, the ice cubes make the coke flat’ WOW never heard that.
We ordered the grilled octopus and were very specific about not having any onions or scallions. What was served to us smelled and tasted fishy, it was chewy and had scallions all over. At that point we had made up our mind about never coming back so we didn’t send it back, and instead of ordering entrees, we went home and I made dinner which was far better than the octopus and flat Diet Coke.
It’s such a shame because we are local and would have loved to become regulars.
