The managing partners or group should be ashamed of themselves to let this restaurant operate the way it is. I don’t want to even get into because I’m wasting time, however please either close and save us the headache or fire the entire staff!!! And get on the ball!!!

We're sitting here now, after a 30-minute wait, being completely ignored by staff. 30 minute wait despite 5 empty clean tables, and 4 uncleared tables. What kind of business model is this?! We'll never eat here again, which is too bad, because the food is good...if you can get it! How do this place stay open?

I ate here earlier today and I had such a great experience! Mackenzie was the sweetest server, food came out fast, and the environment was so welcoming! This was my first time eating here and I’ll definitely be back again to try more food and to be in Mackenzie’s great presence :)

I usually love coming to Turning Point, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. Our server, Mackenzie, brought us the check less than 10 minutes after our food came out, which made us feel rushed out of the restaurant. I’ve never experienced service like that here before, and it really threw me off since I typically have such great visits.

My server, Jasmine (hope the spelling is correct), was extremely attentive and kind. That level of service makes a world of a difference when starting out your day. The omelette I ordered was a giant portion and reasonably priced. Overall, great experience.

We ordered the chicken waffle and the Nantucket Benedict. About 10-15 mins later they told us that they didn't have the Nantucket 😞. They asked to substitute it for the regular eggs Benedict. That was fine but without the benefit of the menu i didn't know it had ham slices (more like ham baloney) in it. First, i don't eat ham (nasty crap). Second, i definitely don't eat baloney (nastier crap). At this point i didn't have time to order something else because we were running a little behind already. I pulled it the ham and had a very unsatisfactory Benedict (without the crab).

The chicken waffle is one of my favorite dishes but theirs was just ok.

Coffee and hot chocolate were fantastic - hence the 3 stars!

great service, great atmosphere but the food is god awful. i ordered eggs benedict and they served it with the worst poached eggs i ever seen, they’re practically hard boiled eggs… ontop of that they don’t even toast the english muffins. they try to pass off their hollandaise sauce as authentic but it’s quite literally has the taste and consistency of nacho cheese - not even joking i had to call them and ask if they served cheese sauces and accidentally gave me the cheese sauce instead of hollandaise. i really don’t recommend you come here for eggs benedict. it was honestly the worst i ever had and ive made some pretty botched eggs benedict at home and can even say mine came out better.

I have eaten at Turning Point in the past but today 8/24/25. I waited for them clean off table but where server wanted me seat the floor was soaked with water and he looked at me like didn't understand the problem where seated was ok. NEVER GIVING OPPORTUNITY TO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I PROLITELY LEFT. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
