Great food, friendly staff. I had a strawberry cheesecake French toast, which was delicious. I highly recommend this Turning Point!

In general, it is a good place to gather with friends and family. Portions are OK. Prices are a little expensive.

MEDIOCRE food and service. It's clean. Food came quickly but was very bland and plain. Probably one of the worst avocado toasts I've ever had. Server service was very subpar. Plenty of better breakfasts in Lower Merion & the Main Line.

Went to this restaurant a few days ago and my experience was pretty bad. To start, the window next to my table had debris, dust, and spider webs on it. The floors also clearly were not swept at all or either thoroughly. When I used the restroom, the mirror had a plethora of white spots on it and dirty. And to top it off, my eggs had pieces of bacon in it. The only highlight of this visit was the server, she was friendly, checked on my table constantly, and even apologized for the food mistake. I’ve been to this place in the past and it was never like what I experienced at my last visit. I will not be going back to this location.
The food was good and that was my first time there. I plan on going back with a friend

Went to the Bryn Mawr location today and did not have a good experience this visit. First let me start with the lack of greetings from the staff. We were left standing for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Even though a female employee with a white shirt was at the counter area in front of us she was not enthused about working because she never acknowledged the crowd of people right in front of her. I have visited this location many times in the past and had a great experience. There were dirty dishes piled so high in the food serving window area while orange juice was prepared near them. This is health violation. While waiting I noticed several tables with dirty dishes on them which took about 20 minutes to clean one to seat us. The server was a 10 out of 10 and very pleasant and attentive but clearly overwhelmed. Even though the food was good myself and another family member had bacon pieces in our eggs. I lost my appetite after that discovery. We did not order any bacon due to food restrictions. The eggs were obviously cooked in the same area as the bacon. This is cross contamination and not good. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting. The floors were dirty with food under the tables. We sat at a window table that had food under it and covered with ants. Our table was set with silverware wrapped in a napkin however there was only a spoon and knife. When our food was brought to the table by another server we asked for forks and the male server stated “let me see if I can hunt some down” . Another customer could be heard saying “they are short on silverware “. This is unacceptable for an eating establishment. However the female server was great but will not be returning to this location.
I see a lot of negative reviews and I would like to share my experience. I’ve been to Turning Point in Blue Bell and had a wonderful experience therefore I decided to give Bryn Mawr a shot. I ordered breakfast and a lunch for myself to be delivered at work. I thought the delivery duration was reasonable, the fees weren’t over the top expensive through GrubHub, and knowing that I have been to the restaurant previously, the cost was reasonable as well. My breakfast came delicious and HOT which was a surprise to me considering it was for delivery. I would suggest toasting the English muffin a little longer but otherwise delicious.
Additionally I ordered a salad for lunch- Crispy chicken salad with peppercorn ranch. Upon opening the large container (can get 2 meals out of it !!!) I absolutely LOVED how they sliced up all ingredients and had them perfectly placed! The sliced vegetables are the real reason for this review !
I hope this review will help future customers.

We been patrons of Turning Point for years but this was our 1st time at the Bryn Mawr location. In a nutshell the service and execution poor for following reason:
1. It took nearly 30mins for our coffee to arrive
2. Our wait to be seated was extend 10mins because the host sat a two large group ahead of us because "they could not find us".
3. Glasses for water were very spot and did not look clean.
4. The plate my meal was served was not cleaned thoroughly and prior food stains were visible.
5. The wait for our meal was excessive deposit a basic order and not a lot of people in the restaurant.
6. Our server was inattentive and failed to do simple things like bring us cutlery, creamer, cups. The wait was also extended because she appeared to be working behind the bar as well.
7. Food finally arrives but luke warm at best.
Won't visit this location in the future.

Normally a breakfast chain like this you shouldn't have to worry about what you're going to get but I should have checked the recent reviews before eating here. The iced tea was not fresh brewed and you could tell because it tasted like sewar water and also had stuff floating around in it. My friend got an iced vanilla chai and sucked up a piece of plastic through the straw. We split eggs benedict with potatoes that were undercooked and the lox platter didn't seem very fresh at all. Very disappointed and we both left feeling sick. They did comp the iced tea and potatoes but I still would not return here after this experience.

I had high hopes as everyone has talked this place up, but we had a bad experience. Our waitress was not helpful in understanding what we could substitute, was not attentive, and got parts of the order wrong. The shareable cinnamon roll appetizer was hard, dry, and had barely any icing so we had to ask for more. When the actual food came it was fine, but not great and not anything better than I could get at a much cheaper diner. There was a mouse in the dining area they had to catch during our stay, which I will say they gave us two complimentary Entrees for a FUTURE visit, which I don’t plan to have.
I rarely leave reviews and it may sound like I’m whining, but it really did suck!

I am writing this review while waiting on my additional food for take out. I normally don't write reviews but the service at the front is poor. They lack customer service skills and one waitress who placed the add on order (reason: when you order on line for the breakfast combo it doesn't say if the turkey is breakfast meat or turkey meat for sandwiches) for me for breakfast meat literally stared me down with discontent but thinking she was being polite letting me know my order was in. Also, the food presentation was not the greatest. Me ad my wife only selected this spot because of the great experience we had at the Long Branch NJ location. I would highly recommend not giving your good money to this location until they fix their internal issues.

I stopped by here last Sunday to meet friends and we were not offered a table but a look of "oh no, another group coming in" several tables were uncleared, the hostess behind the counter was totally ignoring my group of 3 and finally responded back to us 10 minutes later after doing nothing. She should have been clearing off tables and helping the waitresses instead of complaining. After a 15 minute wait we walked out as there were empty tables available plus several uncleared tables at 1 on in the afternoon. Very poor manners and organization here as it was very dysfunctional. The sad part was more patrons were entering and hopefully they decided to walk out just like we did. I would never go back, totally overrated.
