Ate here for the first time yesterday. The Restaurant is extremely neat, clean and tastefully decorated. The wait staff was extremely polite and professional. However, the wait time for our food was rather long. The cinnamon roll appetizer is worth it!The chop chop salad was also extremely good with an abundance of chicken in it.You definitely get your money's worth. If they could only speed up the preparation time, that would be a bonus!I wish I had one of these places closer to where I live. I would frequent it often.

Turning point has been my go-to for lunch. Love the food and the staff is amazing. I have been loving the Grande Huevos Rancheros. Always a bonus when I get to see Shamika and Autumn.

I started my vacation here, also to end my vacation here. The eggs benedict were the best I had, being from Texas. Our waitress, Marissa, provided the best service with great recommendations. The vanilla iced latte with sweet cold foam was perfectttt.

From the hostess dropping our menus on the table and walking away, the mediocre coffee that wasn't even made yet, the waitress who had numerous excuses for why they didn't have maple syrup (it showed up, ice cold) or why my friends meal didn't have what the menu said to the kitchen who couldn't make anything right...this was the wrong place to go! If you're thinking about going to Turning Point in Bryn Mawr just turn around

edit 2/15: I emailed them at the address provided and did not receive a response. They clearly don't care. They comment on your posts under the pretense that they do.original: yeah, don't go here if you care about your belongings. i went here after traveling for the weekend. the service was poor, they messed up my friend's order (i had to request to get the messed up item removed from the receipt) and had an item worth over $100 taken from my table. when i called asking about it the person who answered told me she was the one who cleaned my table & she didn't see it. the next day i called again and they still didn't see it. this item had a tracker on it and i could see where exactly it had moved to, so i knew it had been taken and wasn't lost. i decided to go to the police and asked them to check the cameras. come monday the officer told me it was back at the turning point. when i went in they handed it back to me - no apologies, nothing. ridiculous.Vegetarian options: messed up my friend's order

I was disappointed that they were closed when I arrived, but online, it said they were opened.

My first time being disappointed at a Turning Point. As always the food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Two place settings for four people. We needed to ask twice. Three coffee drinkers. We needed to ask for spoons and creamer. We needed to ask for silverware, butter, water... The list goes on. Still waiting for jelly. I'll return to TP in Drescher and North Wales, but won't be returning to Bryn Mawr. It was a friend's birthday celebration and her first time at a TP. Deeply disappoint.

My visit was a beautiful nightmare. The place was beautiful and quiet. The server was excellent and informative. However, things wouldn't end well. They opened late so it was extremely cold. Workers didn't show up so the manager became the chef. Through all of this I stayed with hopes. ? I'm not sure how this all actually works but if no one shows, the boss should be able to run everything if necessary without issue. Welp, I'm not sure how their future at that location will be, but I was distraught even with the discount. I took the food home and recooked it a couple of days later angrily.. I've never had a salmon omelette that was that bad and I'm almost sure it was with packaged smoke salmon.. The potatoes had a great flavor but had that half done crunch, and the blueberry lemon pancake didn't look appetizing enough to eat.I hope the experience is better in the future if possible... I hope that workers will show up, and next time know that it's not professional to shout from the back of the kitchen with the entire restaurant being able to hear you.. That manager was probably doing her best, but even in that it is your duty to maintain a high level of professionalism.Good luck, and I wish that business the best

While this establishment does offer vegan options, it falls short of creating a truly vegan-friendly atmosphere. Out of the two patrons at my table who ordered vegan dishes, one was served with eggs. Upon requesting a replacement, the corrected meal appeared on our bill twice and we had to wave them down to fix it.I don't necessarily require constant interaction with the waiter, but in this case, the server was noticeably absent, failing to check on us and overlooking our request for additional water. Having visited this place on weekends before, given that it's a favorite spot among my friends, I've never encountered these issues. Unfortunately, this experience significantly diminished my overall perception of the establishment.

Breakfast was good…but unfortunately they were short staffed & the heat didn’t work. The staff that was there were very nice & trying their hardest.

TP is a go to for our daughter in Media and my father and me in Bryn Mawr. Food is always great, wifey loves the seasonal pumpkins pancakes. and the coffee flow easily. Never feel hassled to leave as we linger over food. Will be back.

I came in early for breakfast and a very pleasant server comes over and asks if I'd like something to drink I said yes coffee, he says sorry we are out of coffee but we have French press (which is $10). I knew we were off to a bad start to be up charged for coffee. I decided I had to have coffee so I got the French press but they forget creamer and I had to go up to counter to ask. The creamers are those little individual creamers like you get at a diner plus no spoons in sight. Next I order a skillet dish called Wilbur it was just ok. It came with an English muffin no jam or honey. The eggs were done nicely but the potatoes were rather bland and not enough bacon flavor.

Endless Endless

This restaurant Has to be the biggest failure I specifically ordered through DoorDash specifically stating that everything be prepared in a vegan manner the restaurant took no concern to anything as far as my health they did not care whatsoever for there to be a piece of disgusting ham in my power trip omelette, so I feel like someone must have put that there on purpose. It makes no sense for it to be there. They are not children sitting there playing at a playground. It makes no sense for them to make mistakes such as this, this is a professional establishment, If they don’t understand that then they need to find new staff that do you understand that or completely shut down the establishment if they are having quality issues it is deeply my concern that food, safety and food sanitary be taking the most serious if they don’t understand that then it is my deepest concern to deal with it. For the restaurant not to have as much concern or more for the food that they are preparing for me specifically as a customer. I understand quality food and I understand the price of time time is something you can’t get back these messages I’m sending the calories I’m burning by breathing this message into existence everything counts for something so a singular particulate could be off and it throws off the entire world ? we live in a time of kings and queens!
