my family and I been going here a while and always enjoyed our meals, but last time we were there we discovered that they do auto gratuity with larger parties. this wasn’t disclosed to us anywhere on the menu or by our waiter. our receipt total didn’t show the tip charge, it only showed a new total - this new total is almost a 22% auto gratuity. 22% is higher than a standard auto gratuity, so I think the restaurant should really reconsider that percentage.
the worst part is the bottom portion asking for additional tip, and if you’re not paying attention then you may end up double tipping. my family and i have come multiple times before with the same party size of 6 and since we never realized the auto gratuity until this time, we’ve likely then double tipped.
again, the food has always been great and was our go to for ramen in the area but the whole undisclosed tip situation just left a bad taste in our mouths.

Got takeout katsu curry and cold noodles. Food was fresh and delicious. Also ordered through their website not DoorDash as those prices are higher. Will def eat there again.

When the place first opened it was awesome and food was fresh. It's gone very much downhill. The ice cold egg in my soup was old, gray and hard boiled. When I asked for a new spiced egg, I was told all the spiced eggs are hard boiled and they can only do an unspiced egg. My dining companion had a fresher softer boiled, spiced egg with yellow yolk (not gray) in her soup. The food isn't the same quality as before and obviously is not consistent.

Food was decent, but it’s up charged five or more dollars per item on DoorDash. Go to the restaurant and get it to go. 6.90 for ONE piece of mochi ice cream is crazy.

Great place, we’ve ordered twice from here already. Our daughter has an egg and tree nut allergy and they were super helpful with what we should order and avoid. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend the pork buns in addition to the ramen and udon.

First start the waiter was very nice!
No parking but the restraint its self was cute and a good vibe.

A lot of pork! I wanted beef and they only had fatty beef. I got the spicy Ramon bowl, which didn’t advertise fish of any sorts and it tasted so bad of fish it wasn’t edible. I ended up getting a side of brooth just to put something in my stomach and a very small bowl was 7 dollars. I travel for work and never had anything this bad. The egg was even grey in color.
