We go every Wednesday after church, my daughters and I love Rita's, that was until 8/23/23. About 1/8 of the way down I felt something hard, and sharp.....here I spit out the tip of there finger nail. I took a picture of it at 3:06am, I'm just getting over blood infection. It's a lady's finger nail, you can tell the difference. This is not Good I'm grossed out and we just bought 3qts.
There always friendly, nice, smiling. Willing to answer any questions you have about whats in things or what they are. They have a wide variety too. Love all the types of ice I've tried except one that taste to much like cough medicine to me / hubby anyways.
the staff is great, very pleasant, and very helpful. The water ice is always refreshing and tasty. very good time. even if the line looks long, the staff gets everyone served quickly.
