Me and my family love their pizza and breads ticks and the service is like no other. I now work there and seeing all these mean comments that are untrue is crazy because we clean our facility and we always are nice to customers and prepare the food as if we are making it for ourselves. The wait time can get long but we get very busy and try our best to make it worth the wait
tonight was our first night trying this local business. and I have nothing but great things to say. from my order being placed to the interaction at my pick up. the 2 ladies I interacted with were nothing but kind and welcoming. and the pizza, 🤌🤌🤌 so satisfying! and, let's NOT forget about the ranch. my actual, only complaint is, I haven't tried it sooner! we will definitely be back!
The food is great, but it’s like playing the lottery trying to get them to answer the phone. The wait times is always understated. An hour is more like an hour and a half to 2 hours wait. Also the lady will place you on hold as soon as she answers then have long conversations (that you can hear) with people in front of her. This was a problem pre-covid as well.
Again the food is great, just not worth the hassle.
