If there was an option to put 0 stars I would put that. First my food was cold my mozzarella sticks were cold and hard nothing was fresh the bacon Swiss burger was cold like it’s been sitting for awhile and the crew that is here on 09/27/2025 at 7:28pm didn’t get my name right needs a lot of improvements. You can clearly see how old the chicken is and how it’s not steaming hot.

I got a beef n cheese and its awful. I like Arby's and I also enjoy a good Philly beef n cheese, but sorry Arby's. Yours is terrible. It's more like a topping for a baked potato in a bun. It's a mushy mess between two slices of starch. The cheese is like nacho sauce in consistency and the beef is almost hamburger. It's aweful. Don't waste your time and money.

Guys let us in 5 minutes after closing. Very very nice after a long night of road work.
2 time I've been here hoping to have a better experience. But only to find more upsetting issues when I got home . Such as nasty meat in my sandwich and frys that were just about raw. also I asked for no ice and can you guess what I got? We'll you guessed it I got ice like 2x as much . Making my drink a water down version of what asked for ! I'm so done with going here because I'm so discussed with my zombie meat sandwich meal. I mean how can you mess up a order of roast beef sandwich with curly fries and no ice ?

My food was inedible. Tasted like it was under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Yuck. Arby's in Sarver makes your food fresh everytime. Go there instead.
