I used to enjoy going to Arby's at the Clearview Mall. But I went inside with my backpack, and was prepared to some work on my laptop. I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes after 5:30 pm and nobody came to take my order. The the time before, I waited over five minutes, and girl at the counter was rude. I know drive thru can be busy, but you have a dinning room for a reason. Me an another guy left, and ironically both ended up at Eat N Park.

The dining room looks be pretty nice I went into the bathroom and it had toilet paper all over the floor I stood in front of the urinal and my shoes actually stuck to the floor I almost fell because my shoes sucked on the floor and then after that walking through the whole restaurant my shoes kept sticking and clicking the manager at least I think he was a manager he was walking around Boston everybody had blue jeans with rips and tears all through them on and then my sandwich was cold I've never had that happen in an Arby's before very disappointed

We actually had a super pleasant experience through the drive through. I believe it was the assistant manger Wendy who took our order. She was super pleasant, and everything was right, and hot. Definitely going to revisit. Thanks for the awesome visit. You and your crew definitely deserve a raise.
Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with swiss cheese and double meat for my daughter and I. They were both pink, slimy and did not taste right after 1 bite. Same with my daughter’s. I complained while at restaurant and all they said was that’s how it’s supposed to be. I emailed corporate and they replied that they will send a coupon for 1 free sandwich. Good luck to anyone else that orders there! Ordered curly fries and they were good at least!

We actually walked out. We were ignored as the drive through appeared to take precedence. Even with the assistant manager standing there watching us. When we walked out the cars being served weren't even in the drive through line when we walked in. Shame that customers standing in front of you are ignored to such a degree. Wendy's doesn't seem to have that problem. We were promptly greeted and served hot food.

The food is pretty good when it's fresh. I usually get off of work in the evening and the chicken is almost always dry. I stopped ordering during that timeframe for that reason. That being said, $10 for 5 tenders is insane, and $15 for the same thing with fries and a drink is highway robbery.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich is literally the best sandwich Butler has to offer but by some unholy mishap, the sandwich doesn't come with pickles. Judging from their reaction, it seems like the Arby's employees will be executed on the spot if found adding any pickles to a chicken sandwich so don't get your hopes up.I also think the engineer who designed the cup lids should be fired immediately because that guy clearly crawled out of the depths of hell and precisely engineered the lids to be just loose enough to fall off an spill drink everywhere in your car when they hand it to you. The drive thru is also so slow that you'll burn off all the calories from the meal you just ordered by sitting idly in your car while the only view you get is occasionally spotting one of the four total people that still visits what's left of the Clearview Mall, other than that this place is good.
