Waited in here for 30 minutes and no one came out from the back to take an order. When they finally noticed I was there, they told me they close at 10pm, BUT they take their last order at 9:20 (I had arrived at about 9pm). So be aware of that before you go. Not sure how they stay in business.

Use to get chicken here all the time. Got some 15 boneless wings tonight and the moment I undid the cling wrap I can smell something burnt. Open it up and more than half is burnt. Called store back and they said it’s something to do with the oil. Whatever dude. I know I it smells and tastes and it’s burnt.

do not order from here. there is new management and the wings are now smaller than my pinky finger and i have small hands. barely any meat on them. they are disgusting. we use to order from here all the time but now it’s ruined. i warned you

I got an order of 13 wings with a bed of fries and was supremely disappointed. There was almost no sauce and the 5 dollar for the fry bed amounted to s total of 6 fries. The wings were hard and cold. My wife got 6 bone less wings with almost no sauce either. And the total was around 60 bucks. I used to love BSBs and recommend everyone to go there, but no more. It's a sad day for chicken wings in Butler.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I used to love this place till my boyfriend got the WORST food poisoning from here ever. He got Bone in chicken I got boneless wings and was fine but him on the other hand it sounded like he was dying.
Either need to supervise employees washing their hands or check your chicken before they cook it or cook it long enough.. not rocket science.

I will never order from here again. My friends and I used to love this place. Now the hoagies are almost half the size that they used to be for the same price. I stood there for 5 minutes before someone even came from the back and acknowledged that I was even there. Even though the door has a loud bell on it. It sounded like a group of toddlers playing in the kitchen as opposed to someone working. And I stood there for a half hour for 2 hoagies and a cheese fry. I am very disappointed with the new ownership and management for allowing their business to be run like this.

Don’t waste your time. It’s under new management and they are no longer doing the 20 piece. They wings come in 6, 13, or 50 piece and the 13 piece is $20. I’m definitely not paying that. It’s a shame because we spent a lot of money with them over the last 5 years. It’s sad what this economy is coming to.

Great service. Tasty! Large selection of items. Wings cooked and seasoned well. Overall good experiences with take out or delivery.

Not worth the money. Food is just ok. Last couple times the wings were overcooked and just not great. Service was just ok at best.. The price tag is just insane for what it is. There are other places that are reasonably priced and honestly you will be just as satisfied if not more paying way less.

First experience ever with Big Shot Bob's and it did not disappoint. We were debating between Bob's and another and we are extremely happy with our choice.We ordered 3 large fries, 60 total boneless wings with Honey BBQ, Garlic Butter parm, Hot Honey BBQ and the LeBron flavor. They were very delicious. Sauces were very flavorful and the wings were still crunchy covered in the sauce. The fries were very delicious and paired well with all of the wings.It's a small building, but it's nice to get in and out. The employee there was quick and to the point with our order. We ordered online and that was also very easy to do. Always my preferred way to order food anymore.Definitely look forward to ordering again!

The wing sauces are amazing. The wings themselves are not ever crispy. They are soggy and the skin on the wings are rubbery. Please make your wings crispy like many other wing places. Maybe wrapping the Styrofoam container tightly in plastic wrap is the problem. That makes them steam which prevents them from ever being crispy. Put way less sauce in the containers. They are so much better with a glaze instead of swimming in sauce. If the wings were crispy they would be great!

Great wings and sandwiches. Did a great job on our large order.
