Not worth the money. Food is just ok. Last couple times the wings were overcooked and just not great. Service was just ok at best.. The price tag is just insane for what it is. There are other places that are reasonably priced and honestly you will be just as satisfied if not more paying way less.

First experience ever with Big Shot Bob's and it did not disappoint. We were debating between Bob's and another and we are extremely happy with our choice.We ordered 3 large fries, 60 total boneless wings with Honey BBQ, Garlic Butter parm, Hot Honey BBQ and the LeBron flavor. They were very delicious. Sauces were very flavorful and the wings were still crunchy covered in the sauce. The fries were very delicious and paired well with all of the wings.It's a small building, but it's nice to get in and out. The employee there was quick and to the point with our order. We ordered online and that was also very easy to do. Always my preferred way to order food anymore.Definitely look forward to ordering again!

The wing sauces are amazing. The wings themselves are not ever crispy. They are soggy and the skin on the wings are rubbery. Please make your wings crispy like many other wing places. Maybe wrapping the Styrofoam container tightly in plastic wrap is the problem. That makes them steam which prevents them from ever being crispy. Put way less sauce in the containers. They are so much better with a glaze instead of swimming in sauce. If the wings were crispy they would be great!

Don’t let the exterior fool you this place has great food. Their wings are always drowning in delicious sauce and their small fry is enough for a whole family!The price for their wings is pretty steep. They aren’t jumbo wings but the taste should more than make up for it.I would definitely recommend to any *self-proclaimed* wing connoisseurs like myself :)

I purchased almost 60 different varieties of wings from the Butler, PA location, specifically to write reviews n post photos. Only giving them crazy more business. Never one order was discounted..but I got a lovely t-shirt. Fast forward 3 or 4 years. All new mgmnt & and staff? (As in 2 people????) Only open 4 or 5 hours a day. Don't answer the phone. Burnt to a crisp fries....and the genius working today didn't cut the 3 over priced hoagies in half...even after being asked more than once. Reply..."We Always Cut them in Half.!. Apparently not. Close the doors..n go back to McDonald's where you belong nitwit

Ordered a salad. Iceberg lettuce was crisp and well proportioned with the other ingredients. The tomatoes were fresh, tasty and really made the salad. Other ingredients were shredded mozzarella, just the right amount of sliced red onions, crisp green peppers and house made ranch dressing on the side. I ordered boneless wings which were incredible. The house made wet ranch and the wet honey mustard were amazing. Great care was taken to line the containers with foil, add additional sauce and wrap each of the wing containers with plastic wrap. I can’t wait to order again. Very friendly staff. Clean retail area and what I could see into the kitchen. Will be ordering again very soon. Yum!!!

I have absolutely no issues with the staff or the service. The food has always been fresh, orders are accurate, and the people are friendly. The sauce is consistently good, but the wings are NOT whole/jumbo wings, they are cut wings, so the pricing on them is a bit outrageous. Its no surprise that many of their locations closed with what they were charging when wing market prices were high. It’s good for a treat now and then, but is way too expensive for a weekly meal. Around $25 including tax and tip for an order of 13 “wings“ (in reality it’s not even 7 full chicken wings) without sides or a drink is a bit rich for take out.
I'm not one to complain about the price of food but this place is ridiculous. I ordered a half dozen of wings the other night for $11.99 and fries for $2 or $3 dollars. I picked up my wings and fries. I paid $11.99 for 6 wing pieces not 6 full wings. The most expensive I've seen is $18 for a dozen jumbo wings and they were huge. The wings I got from here were tiny. Sauce was ok and the fries were ok. I will definitely never order from here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either. You can go to any other local bar and get full jumbo wings for the same price if not less.

This restaurant is usually one of the best. In the last month and a half I have ordered from there twice. The first time my family and I got extremely sick for two days. Tonight I ordered more with a bed of fries. My fries were completely black but soggy. When requesting a refund for just the order of fries I was denied a refund. I'm hoping this time we don't all end up sick. By the look and texture of the fries I would have to say the grease needs changed. I don't think I will be ordering from there again.
