This Burger King has a lot better service and quality over the other ones down in Pittsburgh. Our food was made fresh right in front of us when we ordered and it tasted pretty good. Staff was friendly!

The BKs (both of them) in my town are just awful. This one is doing it right! The Whopper is the best of the fast food burgers, and it was nice to have one made properly! Should this location be a regional BK training facility? Probably. The manager was on it!

Don't go here. Order on the app. Then we go pick it up and waited 10 at the speaker. The employees were horrible. Then waited a other 15 to get our food. Food was cold. Never again. Nothing like making 15 a hour to stand around Wasn't that busy either

We all know what Burger King is,Home of the Whopper, this Burger King is Quick, I show up in off hours and my order time to my hand is very acceptable
Took exactly 36 min to get my food from when I ordered it! Only 3 people working during the dinner rush. Ridiculous! People that got here after me were walking out before me. The manager should be fired for this. I will also be reaching out to the franchise owner and corporate. Worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. Would give no stars if I could. Don't stop here if you value your time!

Meh. It is a fairly typical Burger King (which is already a relatively subpar dining experience even for fast food). But, really this location feels like it is a victim of the area around it as the South Side of Butler is not the most welcoming environment. Granted, things seem to be getting better. So, hopefully the rising tide will raise all ships.
I usually love Burger King!! However in this particular occasion I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a vanilla milkshake that was closer to a cup of milk!!! Very disappointed
