Stoped at this burger King 01/12/2025. Around 8 pm. Was told to park out front of the building to wait for the cheesy tot I ordered to be ready. Was later to they did not have any. When I got home a started on my fries just to find onion rings at the bottom of the fries. Happy I am not allergic to onion. Is it that hard to get a fast food ordered right. Or just say I am to lazy to make your ordered properly.

This location is slipping lately in customer service. I got refunded through the app for a mess up at this location. A week later BK wiped out my account. Lost the credit and all my crowns from previous purchases.

Friendly staff. Good BK food. Clean and well maintained.
They always forget something! And the dining room hasn't been open in a long time, so you have to go back through the drive through if the messed up the order.
Food was great but, it took almost 10 mins for someone to take my order and I was the only one in line.

I felt the manager was rude. It was like I was an inconvenience when I walked in. I walked in, and his response was, " I'll be with you when I get a chance. " I was having an issue with the app, so I went in to ask where to put the coupon code they were offering. The person who came to the counter to help me didn't listen to what I was saying and I paid more than what I was supposed to.

Burger King is one of my favorite places to go because I have loved the original chicken sandwich since I was a teenager! Very good place to eat
