I repeated myself 3 TIMES and still got the completely wrong order! Both sandwich’s were wrong. And they charged me for cheese that they did NOT even put on the sandwich. Very upset and disappointed will not be returning!

I often come through Butler on my way from Erie to Pittsburgh when I see family, this time deciding to pick up meals for everyone on my way home. When I got inside, I was greeted by a phenomenal cashier who was super friendly, super service. Food was what you expected, but someone forgot my fries. Big deal, I'll live.
But then there was this guy in management who looked heinously grumpy, upset over something and didn't bother to even greet any of the customers - managing to bring down the moral of the entire staff. This seems to be a theme around the Butler area: a friendly crew matched with an overhead who would rather be somewhere else.
Service in drive thru was rushed but quick. Food is consistently good.
