Burger King is stealing money from their customers by failing to ensure all items are provided to their customers. They refuse to give a refund for missing items and will only provide replacement items if you drive back out to their store. This is theft.

I order through my app to pick up at the drive thru, they made me park in front and wait for more than 5 minutes until I had to go inside to pick it up and not ready for another 3 minutes, all the cars ordering through drive thru didn't wait, iim never ordering in the app again

I repeated myself 3 TIMES and still got the completely wrong order! Both sandwich’s were wrong. And they charged me for cheese that they did NOT even put on the sandwich. Very upset and disappointed will not be returning!
