Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Dog House. The price was a shock. Trying to feed a family of 4 at a burger and hot dog joint should not be so expensive. The food was acceptable, but nothing to write home about. For the price, I would expect better. Please, please update your official Facebook post to reflect current prices. It's unfortunate that your menu is displayed prominently as the feature photo, yet the prices are severely out of date.

The food was decent. Unfortunately, we had browsed the menu posted on their official Facebook page, and we didn't realize it was posted in July of 2022 (I'm writing this in May, 2025). The prices have changed considerably. We racked up a $60 tab very quickly trying to feed a family of 4. For a burger and hot dog place, that's way too much. I couldn't find it in me to leave much of a tip. The food was decent, as I said, but nothing thrilling or worth writing home about. We likely won't be back, which is a shame, because folks seem to say good things about the place.

I have been kicked out of here three times. 2 was because my service dog is not allowed and service dogs are allowed he had a vest and the one other time was my dad lost his leg and he was in a wheelchair and they didn't it's not do handicapped or service animals I would not go there get my life depended on it.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I always get the fish sandwich & it’s definitely the best fish sandwich around. Today I decided to go with the steak salad which had a hair in it, so it will be a while before I’ll be back.
The food was good and the price was very reasonable. I got some chili dogs. The pickles were good, but the chili was a little different from how it was when I last ate here years ago, and I remember really liking it a lot. This visit It tasted like it was accidentally over spiced with cloves, but I didn't mind it too much. So I would return.
