They gave me the wrong order... I ordered three orders I only received two... Worst place to order food at home

I ordered from here multiple time and have never had a problem. However the last 2 times I ordered I’ve gotten missing items that I bought. My only other complaint with that is when I order my chicken I have a Sauce that comes with it and it was a very little container and it wasn’t even halfway full, there was nowhere near enough! Other than that I mean the food is really good!

I've always liked this place. Lots of good options and a friendly staff. Mongolian Beef Chef Special is what I got last time and it was great.
Vegetarian options: You can get rice and veggies and there is a tofu meat alternative.
Kid-friendliness: No where to sit in the lobby as of 05/2024 but it is a family friendly restaurant.

Even after being told it was a 5 mile delivery radius I tried to order dinner at work within the miles (4.3) miles I was told it was to far and they won't deliver. I always order over $50 of food and I personally know how delivery is so I tip well. It was 12/10 stars for years until now service has gone down.

I did not receive my rangoons when i got my order so i called back and was told that they were put in the bag. I know what rangoons look like. they were not in the bag. Whoever packed it was adamant that they were in there. I asked for a refund for the rangoons and was told they cant do that. Its too bad, i love their food but the service sucks.

Food was really good. The only thing is when we ordered crab Rangoons they forgot to give them to us. Called and asked for a refund or to be able to recieve some tomorrow due to not being in the area. Well they "couldn't" do that and the worker said that they put the crab rangoons in the bag when they clearly didn't. Bad service good food. Horrible parking.
