Food was so disapointing that it went in the trash. Employee Taylor refused to give a refund or to give any customer service information and gave nothing but attitude.

The staff at this Dairy Queen didn't bother to look at my order.... both burgers were made wrong. My banana split looked like it was in someone's shoe.... there were no strawberries at all it actually looked like grape jelly. When we called to ask about burgers Taylor was rude and refused to give me franchise contact info and said it wasn't worth the refund

First of all when we ordered we told the dude we wanted hot fresh fries( they where cold) then while I was getting my drink my husband Waited for the change as the dude behind the counter was asking his MANAGER for change she told him to wait ( she was on a personal call) so my husband said no the change was ours and he wanted it she treated him like she was stuck up then as we sat down to eat the girls who work there where standing by our table talking shit on us for whatever reason... then when my husband went up to ask for the managers name the girls who where talking shit got real rude tried to say they didn't know her name ( like for real u all work there) so in the end I will be taking my business to a different dairy queen from now one would not recommend to anyone!!!! NOT TO MENTION THE BUCKETS EVERY WHERE TO COLLECT WATER FROM THE LEAKING ROOF CAN U SAY HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!!

My 5 year old wanted the oreo dirt pie blizzard. The worker said I couldn't have it because it was only available through online ordering. So if I wanted it, I'd have to download an app and order it there. While I'm literally in the drive thru lane. I just thought this was dumb. I mean, they have the stuff to make it. I wanted it. But couldn't get it. Just really dumb.

The door dash driver forgot most of my order but other than that I went up and they remade my whole order for me. They was super apologetic about it all and It wasn't there fault but they made it right.

As an assistant manager you would think Kris would have great customer service but no, she doesn’t and is a horrible example to the staff. Staff asks for a bandaid and she says get the ice cream first and I will get you one. So someone that needs a bandaid for their finger is getting customers their ice cream. Then staff is standing at the counter putting their bandaid on. Then the ice cream, the horrible service continues. One blizzard is melted and not flipped, but the tone in the snotty reply is ‘I only need to flip one per order’. Odd cause every DQ I’ve been to flips all of them in an order. The next blizzard is filled 2 inches below the rim while the other has it melting down the sides. Probably should have asked for my money back and walked out but I do know, I won’t ever be back there again and recommend choosing a different DQ location. Oh and check for bandaids!!

I was there the other night and I parked in a space facing the building and observed staff sweeping and cleaning up. I wasn't prepared for the full moon inside the building! A staff member sweeping the floor with his pants so far down his butt! Full on buttcrack while enjoying some ice cream. He didn't appear to be in a uniform so I am not sure if he even worked there but maybe require some belts. It can be quite offensive for some people trying to eat! Or just don't back into a space!

Annoyed. Frustrated. And grossed out,took us almost an hr and a quarter to get hardly Luke warm fries after already asking for it to be remade upon the first time showing up cold after 40 Mins the first time. Used to enjoy coming here now it feels horrible to pay almost 50 for 2 adults to get cold food as well as waste almost 2 hrs of time just for fast food. Not so good n not so fast anymore. Very very unimpressed none of the tables where clean just disgusting all together

I was suppose to get a spicy burger and I got 2 of the same thing wtf. And the size of this and what I paid for it I could have gotten something off the dollar menu at another fast food place. I got a ton of deserts I didn't order nor did I need or want. Talk about gross incompetence Never again!!!

So tired of the melted mess by the time I get to drive thru window. As soon as I order they make the ice cream order and even sitting there waiting with 1 car in front it takes forever and it is just a mess. Not worth it. This just seems like a common sense issue to wait a minute until I pull up and pay to make it
