They are painfully slow I got there and there were 2 customers ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes for those 2 customers to be served. Then it's my turn. The girl slammed the window shut and went to do other stuff. I waited another 5 minutes then left. I wanted ice cream but didn't need it to be an all day ordeal.

This place is beyond disgusting don't waste your money here. Avoid their smores Galore Parfait because the Graham crackers are stale and rotten tasting. I ate 3 bites of it and they wouldn't let me exchange it for something different.. Cheap disgusting Ice cream establishment...you can tell you don't have much competition up here.

I ordered a fudge salted carmel blizzard a got a normal blizzard and when I tried to tell the young man at the window he gave me attitude and said it was in there. Do you see any chocolate fudge pieces, fudge or caramel?

Stopped by because my favorite ice cream place was closed, but you can't really go wrong at DQ. Turtle blizzard was very good. Service was quick.It lacks anywhere to sit (except inside your car) but parking is plentiful and it has good opening hours.

Suggestion: would it be practical to have one window exclusively for blizzards? I usually only buy a cone and always have to wait behind people ordering multiple blizzards. Just a thought.
