What I got this morning was lukewarm coffee & dry day old donuts. Never again.

I stopped in to get the Wicked tin and munchkins on Monday. The two ladies working there were the sweetest people ever! They were very helpful and they were nice to talk to while they got my order ready. It was a super simple transaction and I was out of there in a timely manner.
I have shopped at this store a few times and I always have really good service here, the donuts are always fresh and they always have everything I'm looking for! I was worried this item might be sold out which is why I came to this store, and they had plenty of these limited edition tins for the donut holes. The store never seems as busy as the others and I don't know if I'm just here at the wrong times and they're really good at keeping everything stocked or if it really is slower than the others but either way this is a great store to stop at for your donuts! And again the employees are super nice, helpful and efficient! I will definitely be stopping here many more times!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and regular coffee on my way to work. The sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee tasted like it had soap/shampoo in it. Absolutely horrible!

I just bought a dozen donuts and they taste so freezer burnt. I had to throw them away as soon as I got home.
Why is there no icing ever on my donuts anymore? My sister states “are they licking it off my donut?”

For the young lady working her a$$ off and obously was new and was being barked orders at .. deep breath.... you got this.... chin up and keep going...... I know being new is hard and it was very busy......... but I beleave in you!

Went to pick up an order placed for 24 glazed donuts. When I got there was told there is a donut shortage and they could refund the cost. It would have been nice if they would have called and told me the order couldn’t be filled before I drove there. In my opinion not very good customer service.

Stopped here twice once at 6am another at 12pm. Both times hands down best food and service I've ever received at a Dunkin. So nice and friendly, food made with love and care. 5 stars!
