Went to pick up an order placed for 24 glazed donuts. When I got there was told there is a donut shortage and they could refund the cost. It would have been nice if they would have called and told me the order couldn’t be filled before I drove there. In my opinion not very good customer service.

I believe the guys name was Aaron. He was wonderful! Excellent service, best I’ve had here. He was kind, fast, and made sure I had everything before pulling away. First time someone has done that. I go at least once a week when I’m done with work. I decided to get bacon, egg, cheese on a croissant. It was hot when he handed it to me. This is also the first time someone has made my special drink the correct way. The coolatta is perfect! Also, the donut looks delicious! Thank you Aaron for making this the best experience I’ve had at your location!

The whole experience was blah. The counter service was extremely slow. When we finally got waited on the server had NO personality. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. Very bland.Go someplace else. Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill. They either need to go back to donuts and coffee, or just just flat out close. Worthless.

Nice people and one of the cleanest and best Dunkin Donuts shops I have ever been in. And I have visited them all around the country. Easy access off route 8 and lots of parking.

Used drive-thru service - ordered half a dozen donuts, 2 maple frosted. There was a ridiculously miniscule amount of maple frosting. When I called later to complain, they really didn't seem to take it seriously. After looking at dinner of the other reviews of this location, it seems as though this is normal service from them. I won't be giving them any further business and urge anyone that does to check their order before leaving the drive-thru window.
