A coffee that cost 3.79 in every dunkin I’ve been in, this store tried to charge me 12.81 !!! Needless to say I told her to keep it seriously don’t ever go here !

Went into Dunkin Donuts on Main Street here in Butler,PA two different days at two different times. Walked in waited for almost 10 minutes the first time with a group of employees not even bothering to acknowledge me waiting or anything. Several of them looked at me and carried on playing on their phknes and just talking and gossiping about customers and coworkers. So i ended up leaving and it was not worth it to continue waiting any longer. Second time i went in a couple days later i was there waiting for almost 10 minutes and it was almost the same scenario. The tables were dirty and the floors were dirty, meanwhile, there were employees standing there not doing a thing but talking and playing on their phones. I continued to wait and called out to them, i got looks and then they just laughed and carried on with the same gossiping, phones, and laziness. This second time was a different day and time. No, they had no other customers or work being done. Finally, just as i was about to leave, an employee came out of the bathroom and was pleasant enough and took my order. The donuts I got were less than worth what they charge. The filled donut had pretty much no filling, and the blueberry donut was dry and terrible. I recommend avoiding this location.

We went in mid-morning for a donut and drink, the inside was very dirty, not a single table was clean and the donuts were a little soggy. The woman working the cash register was very nice but it definitely needs a good cleaning.

Drive thru is the only reasonable option at this location. The drug traffic in the parking lot is anything but discrete. The staff is friendly but I'm not into the loitering of sketchy people.
Only getting 1 star because I have to leave a star. This place is absolutely terrible. Even when you order ahead they don’t have your order ready. My order is rarely right.

I wish the coffee was consistent location to location. This coffee was AMAZING while the coffee on Peach St in Erie is just awful. I plan to make this a regular morning stop for the coffee alone!
