It was kinda tasteless. Our order was 77 bucks for some subs and pop. The service was kind and friendly sure. But what it comes down to is the price didn't match the flavor. 4subs and 3 two liters came to that and it was tasteless .. expensive lesson

Incredibly slow. They watch you wait as they horseplay and joke. The woman is rude. They seem confused and not concerned with your time. Worst Fox's I've been to.

Placed a delivery order at 7:30pm last week for 2 hoagies, and cheese pizza. Double meat and cheese, on the hoagie and i didn't get it. delivery said it would be about 45 minutes, figured that late in the evening it wouldn't be too busy. However, a hour went by and food wasn't there, so i called and was told it just left and it is on its way up. I live 2 minutes up the road. Another 30 minutes went by and still wasn't there so i called again and was told rudely that there was only one cook and he would get it out when he could. So i was lied to originally about the food leaving the store. its almost 9:20pm (almost 2 hours) after i placed my order the food finally showed up COLD and SOGGY! we didn't even eat the food at that point, I usually place a delivery order with them once every two weeks due to kids sports and late nights. This is completely unacceptable, when i order from papa johns, it says 40 minutes and my food is always at my door within 30 minutes, pizza hut says a hour and i have it before that time frame. everytime. this is the third time now the food has been late by a long shot and cold.. I will not be ordering from this place again. I'll save my $50-80 i spend on those orders and get my family meals elsewhere. ontop of all this, the girl that delivered my food ran to my door, in tears apologized for being late and said she got yelled at because shes being slow but she's trying. I gave her another $10 tip on top of my card tip just because she was having a rough day. it's not her fault for having to make excuses for the poor leadership in the store! horrible service, crappy leadership, piss poor customer service and cold food. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this order and experience definitely justified it.

Food took an hour to get here for chicken wings and an Italian sub. And I can't believe they call that a sub, seriously 5 tiny slices of meat barley any lettuce and not even half of a tomato. This sub was seriously 80 percent bread. Never ordering from here again, you can tell what kinda service you're going to get the second they pick up the phone.

I walked in to place an order a few hours before they closed.And the kid said he was too busy.He couldn't take my order. Do not recommend this place anywhere.The service is horrible

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is everything I expect when eating at a Fox's Pizza. I'm glad the new owners were able to keep Fox's in Butler, and the new paint on the building looks great!

Worst place for pizza in town. Dry and practically sauceless. I ordered black olives to be added and got about two per slice. Service was a pan-faced reception. Won't see me again.

Amazing food great service great experience.. been a long time Since I have had foxes but the second I could smell it I knew heaven had just brought my pizza cause holy miss Molly dan and daisy may!!!! It was fantastic! Do not change a single Thing cause until I had this pizza I was DONE with foxes now I’ll drive all the way to butler almost an hour away just to get it cause it’s beyond worth it!!!! Thank you!! I’m
