I have been to bakeries with more of a selection, but I have NEVER had a better apple fritter. That alone earns it 5 stars.

Purchased a dozen donuts including a walnut maple cinnamon roll, glazed yeast donut, 2 apple fritters, coconut, Boston creme, chocolate/vanilla glazed, 2 glazed chocolate, maple bacon glazed, walnut crumb, and a dozen donut holes. The only fresh donuts we received were the glazed yeast donut and the donut holes. All other donuts were at least a day old. We purchased these around 8:45am on a Sunday morning (shop opens at 5:30am). Including a $2+ tip, our total was a little over $21. Cinnamon roll was hard, dry, and old. Apple fritters were extremely dry. The icing on half of the donuts slipped off due to how they were packed vertically. Boston creme was sickly sweet, and the glazes were all sticky and thin. Old, expensive donuts. Do not recommend.

Stopped by for the grand reopening and was glad I did. I went a little later and they still had a decent assortment of donuts. But I recommend going closer to opening to have a better selection. I was able to get a blueberry maple glazed donut, a frosted donut with sprinkles, the zebra donut, and an classic glazed donut. Absolutely delicious. Moist and amazing flavors. I also stopped at Sheppards Coffee Co which is located inside as well. I enjoyed a hot lavender London fog. The building has ample parking, a cute sitting area with plenty of seating. Very family friendly, there was several families there enjoying donuts and coffee. Highly recommend Freedom Farm Donut Shop. Will be returning to try more donuts and different coffee creations.

Probably the overall best donuts in the area. A few negative reviews mention dry Apple fritters and cinnamon rolls which is sometimes true… their donuts are the high point however. If buying a dozen or more it’s worth it to get one of their pre made assortments as there is a pretty good discount for getting their combinations. Like everyone says, the staff is very friendly too.

Someone brought donuts from here that were pretty good. We drove out, to get some and left with our purchase. The Apple Fritters were dry and over cooked. The donuts are good fresh but not so good the next day.

Staff was super nice! Just didn't love the donut, I've never met a donut I didn't like, this one is just okay. Maple glaze is a little too sticky for me, and donut was okay. Came in around 11am on a Saturday and they were pretty sold out. Only had about 5 types of donuts to chose from. Come early if you want a variety.
I went to freedom Farms donut shop on route eight and got two cinnamon rolls they were tough and cold in the middle like they came out of a refrigerator nothing like what are you bought when it was Baldy‘s donuts

$14+ a dozen and they were the worst donuts ever. Apple fritters were over fried and we couldn’t find an apple. Spreading the word, don’t waste your money as we did!!!
