IMPORTANT TO KNOW: They are in the Clearview Mall and when the mall is closed, you may have to find an alternative entrance to get in. The 12" pizza has been changed to 14" and its price has been lowered from the current menu price (FEB 2023). Now for the pizza, it's pretty good. They have a chewy, medium thick crust. They are newly opened, so they are still figuring things out. That being said they didn't have a 'supreme' pizza on the menu or different crust choices, but I suspect that will change. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The amount of pepperoni was fine, but there definitely wasn't enough mushrooms, there was literally one chopped up mushroom on the whole pizza. I think they'll improve things as time goes on, because I think they're here to stay, so check them out.

This place is the best pizza I have had in butler it's new and exciting, it's staff is so fun and helpful they know their way around not only pizza but customer service! The whole restaurant makes you feel welcome and the ambiance is nice for a quick slice of pizza or a nice dinner out with the family. Because I love pizza and my family loves me and we love Giorgio's!

Have been seeing the reviews and pictures and everyone raving about the place. Decided we would make the drive and order and check them out. 40 minute - hour drive. Called and ordered ahead. Ordered the steak and cheese sub with steak and cheese only. Meat and cheese only. Still ended up with everything on it. Ordered a Stromboli, took off feta, added ham. Even though it was a swap of toppings ham was $3 extra. I would of said ok so your ham is premium and that's normal $3 but since we took of feta and it's not exactly cheap $1.50 extra. Anyways they told us premium food ham so we went with the extra charge for the ham so I get it, but we thought it would be cooked and filled like all the Strombolis and calzones we have got everywhere. It was not very filled and was more dough than filling. You can see in the pic. It very sadly was very undercooked, watery, and raw doughy in where the toppings were as well. GROSS basically the outer edges and all "bread/dough" part was cooked. Maybe the "premium" ham was too wet or contained too much water and should of been cooked some separately before being added to the Stromboli. Last the pizza, was a little smaller than I was expecting and was light on the sauce. One thing we did find out they use LOTS of oregano and Italian seasoning in EVERYTHING! the sauce is a tad spicy and smoky with a boatload of oregano/Italian spice punching you in the face. So glad they let us put that on the side for the Stromboli. We may try it again, we may not. Right now it's not making our top 10 pizza places. I'm so sad after seeing all the reviews it turned out like it did. I'd say give them a chance and try it for yourself. Let me know what you think? Was I right? Was I wrong? I pray it's just new business shortfalls and will get better with time.
