I ate here with my family, and to say the least, the service was TERRIBLE. There was a younger blonde male with blue eyes, he was extremely rude when I said something about my food. I do not like when people are rude about feedback. I found blonde male length hair in my food, and I was upset. He didn’t handle the situation well, started cursing at me, and told me he just made the food nothing else. I had a terrible experience here with this young man.

The Alfredo was very good but the chicken they used tasted like the prepackaged stuff they sell at Walmart which took away from the taste. The restaurant was freezing but our waitress was very nice.

Got dinner there last night (almost$50) and not what I ordered when I picked it up. When I pointed that out to them, the girl checked my order in computer and agreed with me. She simply said I can have them remake it but it will take 15 minutes. I was picking up and taking out and needed it at the time I had ordered because my husband is diabetic and needed to eat at that time. I didn’t have time to wait yet again on my order. She did not even offer me a discount or any compensation for their error. Won’t be going there again anytime soon

Our favorite local restaurant! Highly recommend the Chicago deep dish pizzas - completely authentic and reasonably priced. The chicken Parmesan is also a great alternative. They also have free bingo on Thursdays!

I was disappointed in the quality of the chicken used in the chicken salad. Not actual chicken breast, was formed chicken like nuggets but not breaded.

Ordered one pasta dinner for delivery, 30 bucks with tip.. can't even remember the soup, bread wet and cold. Can't call and complain because the owner is a nut job. It's a shame.
I had a HUGE craving for a chicago style deep dish pizza after watching a review on one. I searched for 'deep dish butler' and got this restaurant! So worth the roughly 30 minute drive. Not only was the deep dish incredible, the garlic knots were the best I've ever had. I got my food to go, but the inside was very cute! Just pay attention to where you pull into the parking lot... they have a HUGE sign that says 'do not enter' but as I was leaving someone tried pulling in and near missed running right into me.

We stopped here after a soccer game with our team. The staff seated all 25 of us and went to work on taking orders. They were very attentive & courteous. The food was excellent and made to perfection! I highly recommend this place for a good meal. Their adult drink menu looked very appealing as well, so I plan on making a trip back with the family when we are back around Saxonburg. Everything from wings, garlic knots, subs, and wedgies to wedding soup was ordered. The team thought it was all great. So I'd say you can't go wrong with anything you order.
